SCAM SERUMS Apparently is too SECRET as in dishonestly secret.
However, it really is less than 1 star! My story is the same scam as everyone before me.....down to the exact words! I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. Perhaps if enough of us would do this, they might possibly be shut down! I also posted on Twitter what a scam they are. They have probably made so much money off all of us honest people that it just doesn't matter to them. I ask Trey (the customer service representative!) for the Corporate address and he wouldn't give it to me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he would not let me. At one point he basically admitted that he knew how I must feel, but he was telling me what he was suppose to tell me and that his manager would tell me the same thing. He said he was following company rules. Isn't it so sad that they use Christy Brinkley as part of their scam? Or, maybe she knows all about the whole SCAM!
I tried and tried to call the phone number the company gave me, but it would ring once and then hang up. After numerous tries, the number said it had been disconnected. I will put a stop payment on my $170 false charge!
I have called 3 times trying to get thru to voice my dissatisfaction with their business practices. They are not at all upfront about their free trial and there after auto shipment program! i am trying to reject the charges as fraud with my bank and if they will ever pick up the phone let them know i want out! i hate companies that represent as a "free" trial only to then send you more product and charge you for it with out consent. Stay away from this company and tell everyone you know!
I purchased ($~15) what I thought was a 2 week trial of Secret Serum. But apparently what I agreed to was the shipment of the full product and the auto-billing of the full purchase price (an additional $92.65) if I did not call the company within 14 days of placing the order.
A totally deceptive ad where I was agreeing to buy the full product not a 2 week trial.
I called the company within a day of the auto-billing of the full product price and got no remedy.
Can you imagine what it is like to work at their call center????

Got hung up on to and very rude. Doesn't work. I'm out of $170.00 to. I am sending it back to the company.
