In December 2013 I purchased a computer from John Seckel via eBay. The computer was listed as "like new" used for a 5 hour training course. When I received the computer it was physically damaged cracked screen bent monitor,etc. I contacted him immediately to express my displeasure and he offered me a discount on the product but it is absolutely deplorable and I declined and returned the product via UPS. I have a confirmation of receipt from UPS that Mr. Seckel received it but he denies receipt and has not to date returned my $425 cost of computer +$54 shipping costs.
Ebay was unsuccessful in contacting him and the Illinois Attorney General's office was also unsuccessful and suggested I hire an attorney. I have a complete file of documentation upon request.
