Jack G SeatGeek Took $670 and gave me the wrong tix. I have filed a complaint with the DOJ and both my state Rep and congressman. I want them banned from doing business in my state. This should not be allowed. It’s larceny. They do not deliver what was promised in the contract. Yes this was a contract because I had to click acknowledge and agree. This is a complete breach of contract. I hope they do t get their next round of funding. I will make it my mission to make sure they cannot do biz anymore.

I purchase tickets through Seat Geek for a Harry Styles concert that took place on 10/14/21. I was sent a confirmation of my purchase and my credit card was hit on 2/13/20 however the tickets were never sent to me. I reached out to Seat Geek via email (there is no phone number) countless times inquiring about my tickets but never received a response (other than a canned response telling me that volumes were high and I should look at their FAQs).

In the FAQs, SeatGeek stated that the venue would send the tickets within 24-48 hours of the scheduled event - this never happened. Seat Geek has my $517.48 but I never received the tickets - this is complete fraud.

Purchased 2 tickets to Duke VS FSU back on December 23 2020 to be played on Jan 2nd Game was cancelled due to covid 19. Seat geek will not refund my money. I called the venue myself at FSU and they indeed said it was cancelled. There are other stories like this and i will not stop until this company stops ripping off people.

We purchased six tickets to a New Year’s eve football game in San Diego called the holiday bowl. We purchased the tickets with no problem but seat geek sent them through their courier and had someone that was not the owner sign for the tickets. The tickets have been stolen and are nowhere to be found. We have since called SeatGeek and they told us there is nothing they can do for us. Do not purchase tickets through this crappy company. If anything goes wrong, they will act innocent not help you out. This was a Christmas present for my son and now we are not going because we can’t afford to buy more tickets.

Stay away from Seat Geek. They engage in dishonest, shady and non-transparent business practices. I purchased for 4 tickets for an NBA game which we were planning to attend for our upcoming trip to Orlando. However, our plans changed and we can no longer go to the game. I contacted SeatGeek within 24 hours of purchase to cancel our tickets and request a refund and at this point there are still 13 days to the game. In all fairness, their FAQ section states that refunds may not be possible. What I don't understand is that Seat Geek claims to be the seller when you purchase the tickets but when I contacted their customer service I was told that the ticket was sold by a "Fellow fan that used SeatGeek Marketplace"! They claim to be transparent but why hide who the actual seller is? When you are in a marketplace website such as Ebay, Amazon or Etsy, you clearly know who the seller is. However, that is not the case with SeatGeek. Instead, they like to lie about it!!!
