After receiving seat covers that were not sewn along the seams in 2 places I had to return the items to be repaired.

I received the repaired items in 1 and 1/2 months after initial purchase. I went to install the seat covers a 2nd time and one of the pull cords for tightening the seat cover broke (rotted) The cord was also sewn into the cover so I couldn't pull it through and replace it myself.

I contacted the company because the whole experience has been a A WASTE OF MY TIME.

THEY REFUSED TO TAKE THE ITEMS BACK AND ISSUE ME A REFUND

I would NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER NO SERVICE.

MADI, IN CUSTOMER RETURNS COULD HAVE OFFERED TO APPLY A CREDIT TO THE PURCHASE FOR ALL THE HASSLES, BUT I AM THE ONE WHO IS ASKING FOR A CREDIT AND I DOUBT I WILL GET ONE.

Ordered seat covers from Seat Covers Unlimited on May 12 2017 for a birthday present. The website says it could take 2 weeks for the item ordered. On May 30th I contacted the company in Mesa Arizona. They explained that they did not have material so they placed the order in Utah. I contacted Utah and was told that they ran out of product but it would ship on June 5 2017. I asked to cancel my order and was told that I could not because it was in progress. Today, June 8, 2017 I contacted the Mesa Arizona store and was transferred to Utah again. They said that it would be finished sometime next week( 5 weeks after the order was placed). I was told that it was in production but in the same breath wa told they ran out of material. The person on the phone said that the website is mislading as to when an item would be done, and said that he asked the website be changed. All I am getting is the runaround and as a consumer I am pissed.

I ordered custom/taylor made seat covers for a 2002 Mazda B4000 with special instructions re: map pocket location; my credit card acount was accessed immediately (they got their money!).

I had to call to get them moving on the order; took about a month to receive (invoice # 149841U).

The covers received didn't have the map pockets as outlined in the written instructions; there is no provision (cut-out) for the seat belt on the passenger's side; both seat and back covers have darts (forming corners where the seat & back are rounded); one back cover had stitching out creating a hole along the side; stripes on back don't align with stripes on driver's seat; and just didn't fit in a multitude of places!

Invoice declares (in bold print) "no refunds or exchanges on custom, full custom, or taylor made merchandise."

A phone call re: the above was met with such comments as "pull it tight" and others as helpful.

My wife, having done this type of work before, is working even as I type this to make these covers usuable; she has been at this task for four hours now.
