It was just a normal sale until Steve Decided to abuse the priveledge of having my personal cell phone and message me all weekend about a 99$ mustang console that was missing from a large order.
I told him I would find the item but I didnt appreciate him being pushy and rude, especially outside of business hours.
He was quick to threaten me with his "250,000 followers on social media". Five minutes aftter that threat, I had refunded him for the $99 console, without checking to see if it had shipped or not. I dont like rude behavior in a man, wont tolerate it.
I texted him " refund sent, have a nice day" He immediately called me an A$$hole by text.
I responded with muy own F bomb and blocked him on my phones and from bidding on any more merchandise in the future.
He spent a lot at my business, but not enough to treat me and my employees like dirt.
It turns out Mr Hamilton's "250,000 followers on social media" are actual just 3,700 followers.
Steve filed a report against us with the BBB and now the rip off report. He knows all about these two websites bevcause his nme is all over both of them. 75% bad reviews on BBB and an F business rating. There are also numerous complaints against him on the rip off report.
Mr/ Hamilton likes to brag about how big his company is, h*o wmuch me sells per month and hes proven hes not afraid to threaten people and internet bully when people dont tolerate his rude behavior.
Do yourself a favor AND SKIP DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. You will be glad you didnt!
Called to order wheels for my wfie's 2016 Range Rover Sport. Talked to a saleperson and told him i needed black 20" wheels for her specific vehicle. He recommended Autobahn 20" wheels, and although he was a jerk, I still ordered the wheels. I even ordered some black lug nuts. The wheels were delivered in a timely manner and I took them to be installed. They test fit the wheels on the front, mounted them and balanced them, swapped over the tire pressure monitors etc. Got to the rear tires and guess what, they DON"T fit. So I'm out $160 for remounted the tires back to the original wheels and have two unopened wheels.
Like anybody else, I called and explained that the wheels specified for my wife's vehicle by their company don't fit and I'd like to either exchange them for some that ACTUALLY fit or return them and get a refund. These guys drag on for weeks, hang up on me, leave me on hold for hours, won't return my emails, and finally send an email saying they won't take back any of the wheels, even the two still in the original box. SERIOUSLY! I've bought tons of wheels and tires and this is the absolute first time I've encounted a problem where the seller refused to do ANYTHING! If you say the wheels will fit and they don't, how in the world does it become my problem.
I purchased 4 tires from SD Wheel Corp. When I had the tires mounted on brand new rims, the Les Schwab Manager informed me that 3 of the 4 tires, "Were not round!" They road force tested them at 100+ lbs of force to try and make them round but, to no avail. They ended up puting over 20 oz of weights on each of the tires and now if I attempt to drive my vehicle it begins to shake apart.
I provided exstensive documentation of the problem to SD Wheel Corp. but, they are refusing to help me. Instead they said it is a manufacturer warranty issue. Now every adult knows that the issue is between the seller and the buyer, it has nothing to do with the manufacturer and the buyer. The seller can take it up with the manufacturer, as they are representing thier products but, it has nothing to do with the buyer. I requested to speak to a supervisor in writing and left a voice message 2 times to reveal this simple business practice but, it has been 4 days with no response. Instead the rebutle I got in writing when requesting a manager is posted below.
RESPONSE:
I completely understand your frustration on this. Please know that these tires are shipped directly from the manufacturer and the only way to tell if a tire is OOR is to be mounted and balanced. Unfortunately, there is no way to expedite this warranty. Federal tires do not carry a mileage warranty and they will have to be shipped in and inspected after they issue me an RMA. The ONLY way to speed up the process is for you to put down a deposit and we will ship out replacements. Once the tires are back and IF DEEMED DEFECTIVE we should be able to issue a credit on the remaining tread. The reason I ask for the RMA from the manufacturer first is to try and avoid the shipment back of non defective tires. If you were to place the deposit and these tires were not deemed defective you would forfeit your deposit.
Please understand I am doing everything to rectify this situation and your patience is appreciated.
Thank you,

Again, I was sold 4 tires, 3 of which are not round. I paid $1,142 for them and there is exstensive, unrefutable evidence that the tire are not round and this guy is asking me for money and is attempting to place some portion of selling me unsafe, defective goods on me by saying,"if deemed defective," in all caps. This is his response to me asking to speak with his boss??? What is RMA and OOR (out of round?) It is terrible to use jargon with customers...
