SculptaFit Reviews
BE AWARE of BAIT AND SWITCH
A new company (open for business July 2016) that takes peoples money while promising to make them better through nutrition, exercise and other motivational means is nothing short of a bust out place which takes peoples money for services that they do not receive.
Fact: When one questions the fuzzy contracts, customers have been told that they are mentally ill, or physically impaired to perform the excercises. In short, when one questions why the services are not being provided, either the owner, Joey Atlas, or an employee that seems to change titles weekly named Nikki Doherty either sidesteps the question, delays an answer, doubletalks the answer, or promises to solve the problem, yet never does.
Fact: The customers are led to believe that there are many in a class when in reality there is only one.
Fact: The customers that query Doherty are ignored as to any viable and truthful response in a timely fashion, case in point...where one customer was questioning a vacation situation and would there be a rebate during that off time from Sculptafit, Doherty (although willing to take the customers money)refused to give any grace to the vacationing customer.
Fact: Customers are being charged two different charges for the same service without the other knowing. For example one pays $25 a month, while the other pays $288 for the same time frame. Neither know are has been notified by Atlas or Doherty.
Fact: Every contract seems to be different for the same services. Its as if Doherty makes up the situation or rules on the immediate.
Fact: On one or more occasions customers who question any reasonable aspect of their contract are being delayed in hearing an true explanation from Atlas or Doherty, as if they don't get the question or unwilling to provide a truthful answer to the customers question.
It is certain that on any level whether it is from a good faith standpoint, that SCULPTAFIT, Atlas, and Doherty are operating from a standpoint of vague, look over here, while we screw you over there mentality, fuzzy math, deceptive business practices, and fraud.
When they take the customers money while promising to provide services, and don't, then they are nothing but in the business of theft. Pure and simple.
That in the good sense that this report will assist a few from throwing their hard earned money to a fraudulent rip off joint as Sculptafit is,...it is the intention of the author here to forewarn the unsuspecting potential customer of these facts., and for no other purpose.
