My 'design meeting' started with a friendly greeting and helpful people going over how I would like my website designed.
Enter Teresa Stamper. She walked into the meeting while talking on her phone and interrupted everyone saying something along the lines of 'ok this meeting is running past schedule... what's your URL again? I don't know anything about auto parts... what's that thing?'
I continued working with everyone else thinking she would not get involved. Unfortunately things did not work out and she found herself involved in every step of the way. There were many details missed that I spent many hours spelling out for them and it all seemed to revolve around her 'I'm too busy for anyone' attitude.
The project I had with them ran many weeks past due and every time I inquired she seemed to talk to me as if I was her servant and I should praise her. I found out that a family member handed her the job and then it all started to make sense. She is not a trained project manager and therefore nobody else in the company is learning from good experience.
I spent 3 months being strung along with mock ups but no real work being done.
Too many times I had to re-attach the same instructions or deal with the 'I'm too busy for you' attitude. As soon as I became irritated with how long everything was taking I received an email from Teresa saying 'this business relationship is being terminated'
To top it all off as soon as they 'terminated' the business relationship I received an invoice from H. (the owner's relative) for work that was not completed. Through all of this I had finally called the owner who clearly stated on the phone, "I am about to walk into an important meeting I only have 2 minutes, please tell me what's going on. Then as I begin he cuts me off and says he would call me back. I never received even a courtesy phone call or a notification that someone else would be handling my account.
From a company sending me many emails priding themselves in customer communication... I did not receive one single phone call unsolicited and I would never recommend anyone walk though the doors of Scriptilabs.
This company is a total scam. I paid them 20k for a worthless website that they quoted would take 3 months and 1 year later the site is still not developed and then after requested an update, they tell me to contact their lawyer since they will be filing for bankruptcy. This company is horribly managed and the owners are very rude an incompetent. Stay away from this firm, total rip off.
