I had two computer screens opened to view tickets, when I decided to buy I recieved upper level tickets not the lower level I had bid on. I immediately phoned and was told it was a computer glitch. But there is nothing they can do. I see that their online statement contradicts that statement. I have been going back and forth trying to get them to honor their written guarentee and give me the tickets I wanted. I just get a run around with 100 different excuses about why they can't or some other absurd loop hole they apply. I just want them to do the right thing, which seems to be something they are not going to do.
I purchased two tickets for a baseball game, which ended up being rained out. Unfortunately, since the game effectively constituted the last meeting between the two teams that season, and because the game meant nothing to either team as far as a playoff push, no make-up game was announced. When I tried to contact scoreBIG.com's customer support to request a refund, the support representative -- "Sam" -- referred me back to the venue. When I explained that I had already contacted the venue, which explained to me that they did not issue refunds for tickets purchased via a third party, he replied: "Once your financial institution does contact we we will provide them with all the details they require as we have kept our terms of purchase."
