We came into contact with Adi (their CEO and lone sales person) at a private mastermind networking event. Everything sounded good and all their legal papers seemed to be in order, so we gave them a shot.
Their team consistently failed to produce results in terms of web page design, marketing automation, lead generation and sales; despite claiming to be knowledgeable in the core Digital Marketer strategies (of which they are NOT actually certified).
Adi kept insisting that things would get better and kept offering to do more and more work beyond the initial scope of what they said. It still didn't matter because even with the "extra" work nothing got completed.
We were passed around between a few "brand managers" and every time there wasn't results, it was blamed on the last brand manager. Over time it became clear their team didn't actually know what they were doing and we discovered they had been hiring outside consultants to help their brand managers do their job.
When someone actually told us the truth, it was even more upsetting: SCI Creations claims to be an influencer marketing agency and the reality is Aram Chavez (their primary investor) poaches interns from his ASU classes who have no marketing skills. Nobody on their team actually knows how to get results from marketing efforts which is why their "Letters of Intent" fail to include any specifics into the results they will actually push towards.
Avoid SCI Creations at all costs and work with agency who has actual certifications and credentials!
