Client was provided a Letter of Intent, Loan Agreement and Escrow Agreement by Thomas Schneider and signed by Adrian Morger. Schonbachler (SCH) Investments SARL stated they were a direct lender and agreed to lend money if the borrower made a refundable escrow deposit. Client made the escrow deposit to the escrow agent provided by the firm.
Escrow agent acknowledged receipt of the funds. Funding was to be completed within 15 banking days after receipt of the escrow deposit. Funding never happened and the escrow funds were never returned although the escrow agreement stated they were "insured" by the insurance division of the firm.
Escrow agent also stated the escrow account was comprised and money was transferred out of the account. Continued excuses from Thomas Schneider that the funding was going to occur and never has. Escrow deposit has never been refunded.
Shonbachler SCH Investments SARL IS A SCAM - RATING 1 STAR
THE ZURICH OFFICE IS NON-EXISTENT , PHONE NUMBER NEVER ANSWERS .PLEASE BE CAREFUL THEY HAVE BROKERS IN CALIFORNIA WHO PROMOTE THEIR INVESTMENTS AND LENDING ALTERNATIVES.THOSE BROKERS HAVE CRIMINAL BACKGROUNDS.
DO NOT GET INVOLVED WHATSOEVER EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY WITH THEM.
Same as the other posts, I sent 3 different escrows that were never returned. Total Fraud that the FBI is now looking into. I hope that no one else looses the kind of money I lost.
We were also involved in securing some lines of credit for our customers but never agreed to make the required deposit unless we were certain that the loans were going to be disbursed .Their office in Zurich is non-existent it is a real fraud,be careful.
After submitting loan application we were sent a Letter of Intent, which we signed and returned at the end of March, since then nothing has happened. Skype calls / messages never returned, phone not answered it certainly looks like they have gone away.
Interestingly though, they were supposed to be merging with a US Lender /Broker but that has now been removed so it looks like the US company discovered the true objective of this company,
