I told her I've felt left in the dark and she responded by saying I was ridiculous and needy and that all I was searching for was more personal attention. She went on to tell me she had hundreds of texts asking for her kittens and that they wouldn't ask questions.
We're making a $2000 commitment not to mention adding a new life to our family and she couldn't even answer simple questions for me. She continued on over text completely bashing me. She luckily refunded our deposit and I'm thankful for that being that she is completely unprofessional I'm pretty surprised she did that. Her website clearly states that it's important to her to fit the right personalities of the cat with the right personalities of the family but she never asked us a single question about our family or answered my questions about him.
She backed out two weeks before pick up after having the deposit for 5 weeks. I've read other reviews of people with sick kittens and other unnecessary deposit refunds! BUYER BEWARE SHE IS A FRAUD AND HER CATS ARENT HEALTHY!
