I purchased a 50 inch 4K UHD television 2021, within 2 weeks I began to see a small square in the corner of the screen which I thought was due to the older movies I was watching. Then a week or so later it grew some and I could really see it watching new movies and that's when I began to say something is wrong here. So, within a month the small square was now larger so I contacted the company(in September) first by telephone but no answer then I decoded to email them and explained to them what was going on along with pictures.
A rep for the company cantacted me back, via email, and stated that they see what is happening and expressed that I should send the TV back. I informed them that I did not want the same TV because I felt there is no way that I shoulld be having this "NEW TV" repaired and shipped back to me but for these people all they want to do is repair it and ship that same tv back to me and that is unacceptable.
For a BRAND NEW TV to fail and have issues within a few weeks is ridiculous. I reported this to other agencies, found out that this company has so many clients who have complained about their TV's and how the company has failed them. In addition, I informed them that at this point, I don't want your TV, I want my money back now, which there was no response to that comment from me. I refuse to have a TV that has to be returned, FIXED and then returned back to me when it should not have failed period especially with a short time.
Now the pixel issues measure's across to the middle of the screen and I also noticed that the sound has a tendency to go up when you pressed the down button which is another thing some consumers also complained about.
I have been buying Tv's for more than 40 years now and have had no issues with any of them. Since I bought this tv from a legitimate and well known store, I thought that it would be a great product but I was wrong. I will never purchase another product from these people.
Applied for decal on my truck. Got tx from someone saying they needed my truck info. Would get check for 1950.88 in mail , which I keeped 500$ n the rest went to company that did decal. Got check didn't cash it bc it just seemed wierd. So then got a text asking if I had cashed it. Was not legit
