Had smp done with tino barbone at the scalp micropigmentation center monday afternoon. 1 hour later was throbbing like crazy and felt like on fire. called tino and didnt get no answer. went on google and searched and most people said was normal right after so i thought was ok. after dinner was getting worse swelling up and noticing fluid discharging from my head. I got scared and went to Toronto Genreral emergency and waited 4 hours to see doctor. when doctor finally came he did some tests and told me i had a staph infection most likely from using dirty needles on my head. i had to stay in hostpital overnite for monitoring and in morning i was released and gave antibitics to take for 1 week. head still hurting and swelling still there.
tino doesnt answer my phone calls. it says number is not accpting calls so maybe hes to busy to help or its probably him just blocked my phone number. this is not just a bad review, its the worst review ever.

The posts on this site look and sound so fake, so I had to post a real review of my experience. I went in thinking "what am I doing here?". I've been bald for the last 15 years, since I was 24, and I shave my head on the daily. I just wanted a nice hairline and the look of a shaved head of hair. I went to a place in Hamilton, whose name is similar to that of head strong in the US, first. After they bashed every other company, they couldn't only show me a few pictures of their work. Then they showed me some photo album of fake pics that I had already seen splattered all over the internet. Needless to say, I got the hell out of there. Then I tried SMC, and you could tell right off the bat that they were professional and experienced. Their office was clean and tidy. They were welcoming and when I had the consult with Tino, he explained the whole process to me step by step. He then showed me hundreds of pictures of his clients and you can tell they are real because he puts himself in the picture or video that he shows. Then he actually showed me a client he was working on, and I got to ask that client questions and see his work. It was amazing and I signed on right then and there. That is professionalism. I see why other companies want to write fake reviews on him, because as Tino says: "They can't compete with us on a skill level". If I could attach a picture of the great results I got, I would. To the fake guys on this site, why don't you just improve your business from within? I highly recommend Tino Barbone and the Scalp Micropigmentation Center.

The third treatment was 2 weeks ago and The healing is now complete and their so called smp expert person told me that my whole entire head was getting govered with smp. after scabs came off there are practically no smp on my head and what is there looks greenish/bluish. Not sure wtf is going on and cant get ahold of them . Im now very worried because owner Tino changed company name from Scalp Esthetica to Scalp Micropigmentation Center. My contract and warranty was for the old scalp esthetica but now since they closed up shop and renamed the business im totally screwed out of the $4000 i paid him. Tino Barbone I want you fix my head make it better so you must honor old contract even though you make new company name. fix it its my life.

Great Results From SMC
I got great results. Obviously the person that wrote the other review is fake, because nothing like that was even close to how the procedure was done.
