A Venezuelan representative from SBGA, Paul Batista, said I would get the Clover equipment for my restaurant and that the company would payoff my other POS system lease in order to get on board with them. I said I wouldn't sign on with SBGA until I received the payoff. He said that was fine.He came once to do the installation of the equipment and said I could try it out without any commitment until the payoff came in. The payoff never came and when I needed help to install a printer he had me calling in and talking to reps instead of him coming to install as was promised.

I got tired of waiting and told him I wanted to cancel the whole deal since they weren't being responsive or holding up their promise. He said: no problem and to put everything back in the boxes that the company would send UPS tags to return the equipment. It has been 2 months, I've spoken to Jeffrey Silva, equipment coordinator at SBGA and his supervisor Jason, who also said I would receive UPS tags but I'm still waiting. I just got charged by Clover for service that I'm not using. I found out that Paul Batista had signed my name on a lease to be able to receive the Clover equipment. Big headache. Do not use this company.

Your going to make $10.50 a hour but you do make good commissions. Your TRYING to set up a ANNUAL REVIEW for credit card processing and a reimbursement. But if your my boy Vinny and give them the direct pitch trying to earn your business, well go for it. Your are with merchant services, and it so burnt out all over the U.S. as soon as they hear merchant services they will hang up on you.Not everywhere but some places will. And your not beating around the bush, your running circles around the bush for the appointment not letting them know your not trying to sell them. Well hold up, your not trying to sell them at the time of getting the appointment, but your IBC, will sell them when they get out there. And they will tell you that to. From what I found out, everyone that works in a different call center around the building and dresses nicer then you gets paid more, yes more hourly $12-$15. And if your in the call center by the back door to the down stairs in the lunch room, your getting $10.50 and they have contracts with sober livings and half ways houses and they get paid for you working there and that's why you get paid $10.50 an hour.

As soon as you get in a sober living and half way house you have a job there as soon as you get out of rehab and or jail. If you get an account over $5k you get $50, then over $15k you $100, then over $25k you get $200. I saw people get accounts over $100,000! Yes 6 figures a month! You only get $200. I think that's unfair. And if your a female, you can wear ripped pants, yoga pants, yoga pants with 20 different colors on them, yoga pants with cartoons on them, leggings, flip flops and the supervisors don't care. But if your a guy and you wear joggers you can't wear that it's unprofessional. And if your struggling you will get wrote up for not making appointments but they won't help you on ways to improve. This is the very first job I got fired from. Cold calling wasn't my thing, I did warm calling and did very well with that. I saw people make goood money. That why I gave this place 3 stars, I hoped this helped people reading this and know what your getting into. Ooooo yeah, there's just a sign out front of the address, the building doesn't have SBGA on the outside of the building. That's a little weird.Show Less

Advice to Management

This goes to the blue team supervisor, never around when you need him and when you do get a hold of him he forgets just as fast as you got a hold of him and blows you off. You'll most likely find him on another team. And if people are not making appointments maybe you should help them out and figure out what will work for them.

I looked into your request and Kristen was correct, per the Compensation Agreement you signed, you receive commissions on any accounts which are approved prior to your departure. You had one account which met this criteria, Precision Spinal, which was paid to you on 9/22.

The Riteway Auto Paint account you are questioning was not approved by your departure date of 10/6, so no commissions are due to you.

I was contacted by Issac Amifir regarding credit card processing. Promised to save me a lot of money. I can list at least 6 things I was told, but after signing up they were all lies. Rates were not what I was told. Machine lease was not what I was told and actually 4 times what I was told. When I contacted him regarding the discrepencies he said to wait a month to see the savings. After a month went by I couldn't even get him to respond to an email. After speaking to someone in the industry they said this company is very deceptive and once they get you signed up and have brokered your business they have their money and don't care. There should be some type of regulation on these predatory individuals and companys. The name SBGA makes it sound like a company that is there to help small businessed, but really there only out for themselves.
