I ordered a charger for my tablet. I paid extra for priority shipping and didn't receive the item until a week later. I tried calling and never got a call back so I emailed them to say I hadn't received my order even though I paid extra. They said their fulfillment department messed up and sent it retail ground.They said when I received to let them know and I would get shipping refund. When I finally got item, it was wrong. I checked return policy and it will cost more money than item is worth to send back. I am now going to get what I need elsewhere.
Made an order for a mrs802b power supply cord with a picture shown and got a cheap universal cord from china!!!!!!. When I made an order a paid for priority fast shipping so I would get it in few days instead it never came so I had to contact them phone and email...they NEVER RESPONDED..
So I sent another email telling them they wil be reported and finally got a respons...how convineint! They said it will be shipped. When it arrived it was 3 weeks later and it was from CHINA!!!! and it was NOT WHAT I ORDERED.
It was a generaic 2 prong plug that wont even work for my machine. They are a total scam site. Deceiving and fraud!! AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!
I ORDERED TWO DIFFERENT POWER CORDS FOR TWO DIFFERENT TABLETS. THEY CAME IN MAILING ENVELOPE WITH NO PAPERWORK OR INDICATION WHICH WAS FOR WHICH. NEITHER WORKED OR WOULD CHARGE EITHER COMPUTER. COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND OR REFUND. SCAM!!!
Ordered an adapter for my laptop. The adapter does not seat into my computer correctly and brings an error message up leaving my computer useless. Brought this issue before them and was even asked to send a picture of the two adapters together. Don't they know what they sent me? Was promised an adapter with a straight pin but sent the same useless style. Meanwhile I paid for two day delivery that took a week and a half. The second replacement was supposed to be next business day but again a week and a half! Now they want more pictures. I don't believe this is their "business" they just sell cheap adapters and give endless excuses till you just give up!!! All the while insisting that what they sent was the correct replacement but suggesting I can either send it back or just keep it??

I contacted the company and was told I cannot get a refund or a replacement battery. This company is a rip off; don't purchase from them.
I regret using this company and want other people to know that it is difficult to deal with them. They do not have a phone number nor are they willing to call me and resolve this in a reasonable manner. They had the wrong laptop charger/powercord sent to me for a total of $27.17 , but they charged me $19.99 plus shipping. Their return policy states 100 percent refund, except for shipping. I was able to call the company that shipped it to me and they told me it is a $9.99 cord and they don't carry the one that I need.
