This garbage of a company has been giving me the runaround since August to where and why they have my $144 and I dont. They sent me a used gift card with pin number scratched off as a new one with money on it. Now I cant buy my kids christmas presents.
Save Ya sells discounted gift cards. I purchased one for Pet Smart. They didn't send it after the purchase so I called them. The rep indicated I should have called sooner, it had been a month. I was sent on email with attached gift card instructions and numbers.
I tried to use the certificate for an online purchase and the website said the card had zero value. I called Save Ya again. First time, the rep said he'd escalate the issue to some specialized team and they'd call back. They did not.
Next time I called, the rep issued a refund. A couple days later I got an email from the team congratulating me on successfully using my card. So I followed with another call.
The rep said I needed to call at a different time/day, the team wasn't in that day. I called at a different time/day and was told the computers were down, please call back in 1/2 hour.
I called back in 30 minutes, but the computers were still down.
I called on a Thursday I was to told to hang on while the rep talked to the managers about my case. He got back on the line and said I'd have to speak with a manager, but none were available. I should call back and ask whoever answers that I want to speak to a manager. I said I'd hold until one was available. I was on hold for one hour and then was disconnected.
I called back and asked for a manager. None were available, I was told. I was told to call back the next day between 9am and 2pm. The next day I called at 9am and was told no managers were available and to call back in an hour or two. I asked to speak to the team and was told they had the day off, Good Friday.
Save Ya advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I guess you can say and do anything they want and get away with it.
