This was the worst deal my husband and I ever fell for -what a RIP OFF!! Using this "service" is more hassle and certainly a FAR WORSE deal than anything I can book myself. I have purchased tons of travel for myself and as gifts since making the mistake of giving them thousands of dollars and haven't used their service to do any of it because everything is better than what they offer. I tried to cancel and get my money back within the first year and their owner would not let me cancel because he's a greedy con guy.
