Ordered a trial sample of 2 products to try for 14 days, they don't state if those are business days or just plain 14 days. When the package arrived, there was no packing list with the products, describing what they were, a list of their prices, or a copy of their terms & conditions to remind you of the date you needed to cancel by. I'm 60 years old & have been ordering samples off & on for quite awhile now, so I'm well aware of how most places operate & most places will include a packing list with what I mentioned above, along with a booklet of any other products they may have to offer. In addition, if you're accidentally off by a day or 2, they are usually very understanding. I have, in writing from my bank statement & in emails from them, that they only gave me 13 days before charging my account with the total sum of $191.90 for 1.5 ounces of product! After going around & around with them for 3 days, I finally agreed to accept half of the amount back, or else I wouldn't have gotten anything! My bank is disputing the charges & we cancelled my credit card, so that they won't be able to try to charge me again. Their website says you can contact customer service 24 hours a day, yet if you call after hours you get a recording that they are closed & their hours are M - F, 8 - 5 EST. Every time, over the past 3 days, that I called & requested to speak to a supervisor, they refused or told me that there wasn't one available & ultimately we ended in a screaming match! I will also be contacting the BBB to file a complaint with them!
I want to report Stain Youth Cream company as a rip off company they advertise a free trial in a very sneaky way. Once they get ahold of your credit card information they bill you monthly if you do not cancel in 14 days which is written in very small print. Customer service people are rude and very unprofessional. I was charged for the so called free items $99.95 and another 89.95 charged in one weeks time frame. I asked for an explanation of these charges to be sent to me I am being ignored no explanation or reason just an email saying as far as they are concerned everything is settled. Buyers beware!
Satin Youth Products are pure magic, NASTY trick since my debit card was charged a sneaky $99.95 after also sending me a second product I never ordered ! Read the TERMS carefully at the bottom of the ad page before ordering.
Attention: MEDIA GROUPS Post on a social media outlets regarding the web site of Satinyouth.com. There are several pages on Facebook that have no activity since early Sept. many people posted complaints even contacting the BBB. I posted this on the 4 different FB pages: BUYER BEWARE! This company should be shut down! My husband made the mistake of ordering this for me and was charged $99 and then $89. He was assured he'd get a refund on both charges and never did. They lie. Don't believe their advertisements about easily getting a refund. We plan on blasting our disfavor with this company in and on every available outlet unless they contact us and refund his money Immediately! Wm. Earl Lauderback, M. Ed. [email protected]
While on Facebook I accidentally clicked on an ad. It was written to look like a news clip. After reading about a celebrity liking this product I decide to try this free trial, just pay shipping. Easy! No commitment! If I like it I'll buy it.
I choose the product, pay with my credit card for shipping only. I receive the item a few days later.
I use the product daily and I can see that it's a scam. Just lotion that heats up the skin.
A couple weeks later I go to use my card. Declined. I tried another store. Declined.
I contact my bank and look what they find....2 charges of 89 dollars or so to some company called Majesty Beauty or something like that. I didn't even get a delivery of the lotion!
Card cancelled!
I did not do a subscription. This is a terrible way of doing business.
I will never order online again unless from a reputable company.
