Satin Youth Instant Reducer - avoid this company and product.
It goes on like glue and is very difficult to remove. The product is orange in color and you cannot go out in public wearing it. It does work OK but the billing is automatic and once you fall into the sceme of accepting a trial sample for $5 you are then billed every month for $99 for a tiny tube sent each month when they never said anything about automatic shipments. I would not pay $9 for this product let alone $99.
Perhaps the automatic shipments are mentioned in some small print someplace but over all this whole thing is a rip off.
Clicked on a free trial offer with a $3.95 shipping and handeling fee. No notice that after 14 days you are charged a recurring $99.95 fee. I contacted the company several times. They were quite rude and offered only a 25% refund. After a Google search it was apparent this has happened to a lot of other people.
Their phone # is 844-780-3178. I do not remember how I heard about Satin Youth, but it sounded interesting. The first website I found had Dr. Oz's name. I went ahead and ordered the sample products of two items they suggested to mix and paid the $3.95 each shipping. They never arrived. I could not find a # to call them. I found at that time that they had MULTIPLE web sites, that draw you in to look at reviews or complaints, only to be lead to the sales page! No phone number listed anywhere. I had ordered and paid October 21st so was attempting to reach them the following week. I even sent emails back to the original email I received when ordering the product: [email protected]. I did not receive a reply.
On November 4th, my bank called with a FRAUD ALERT stating "Treasure DHEA" in New York, NY, was attempting a $99.95 charge. They were able to supply a phone # from the charge. It is 844-780-3178. The gal I spoke with stated it was delivered and that I had signed for it...which DID NOT HAPPEN. I told her I never got the product/s and what was I being charged for. She raised her voice and said "you have hundreds of dollars of product and you have to pay for it". I told her I indeed had ordered a sample but had never received it. She said it was a three week trial not a free sample. She did not want to reship...which was fine. I demanded that it be cancelled now! DO NOT order this product.
HUGE huge scam. I never got the product so cannot speak to its ability to work or not. Dr. Oz DOES NOT endorse this product. I asked on his show's FB page; in fact it is listed there as a FRAUD and do not purchase. I hope this helps someone else. It is now the 14th of November and the charge was still on my account and my bank had a HOLD on my debit card. I had to call them again and make sure it was cancelled.
This company is a rip off. I ordered what I believed to be a free trial, reading carefully for any hidden agendas. I received the product and thankfully before using it noticed two seperate charges on my credit card totaling 189.90 (two different company names). I immediately called to cancel any subscription they had me signed up for and requested a refund for the amount charged. They attempted to give me a deal which I declined and I was asked to send the unused product back to them which I did.
I called a few weeks later because I had not received a credit for the product. I provided the tracking number and they confirmed it was received and being processed and should have it within a week. Two weeks later, still no refund. I called again and they advised it should be credited by the upcoming friday. The following week on 11-2-16 I received another charge for 89.95 and still no refund.
I called and the person helping me could not explain why I was charged again because he could see that I cancelled the subscription on 9-30-16. He also could not advise why I hadnt received my refund when it is noted in my file that I should have. He transferred me to a service manager who advised me my only recourse is to send in a copy of my bank statement showing the charges and showing that I have not received the refund (even though they confirmed they show the charges and show no refund has been sent). He stated that only corporate can handle this situation. I requested a contact number for corporate and he refused, advising my only option is to fax the bank statement, he then rudely hung up on me.
My bank is now handling the dispute and advised me not to fax in my credit card statement as there is too much personal information on it (even if I went to the trouble of blacking everything out).
This company seems to be running under several different names, "Exceptional Solutions" Exquisitefac" and "Satin Youth Cream". They prey on those who don't always bother to check their credit or banking statements and make it impossible to speak to anyone with any authority to make sure a situation is handled.

Company advertises a "Satin Youth Free Trial" for a shipping about of $3.95 and then charges $99 for a reoccuring charge.
This is a scam in hopes that you don't check your credit card.
Called the number 855-337-5673 and got a well trained puppy dog who argued that they were a legitimate company and that I owed the money.
Stunning Beauty Stores is what shows on the CC transaction line. 855-337-5673
