I purchased a trial of their product for 4.95, The product was shipped. I then noticed my account was charged 99.95 and again for 89.95. I called to cancel immediately and told them not to ship the product I wasn't interested. They cancelled my order and said I would get a full refund. That was four weeks ago and nothing has happened. I have called in every week and have been given the same run around. When I ask for a supervisor no one is put on. They say the refund department is in charge, when I am asked to speak to a the refund department there is no number for them. I am beyond frustrated. They owe my $189.90. Now they say it will be returned Monday. We will see. My advise is never order any trials online as there is tiny print saying you are subscribing number one and when you do cancel you won't get your money back. Do your research as this company seems to go by many names luminare for one. I will let you know if my money comes through

Returned 4 products. They paid me foe 2 and still owes me for 2 @ 99.95 have been contacting them since March. Talked to managers 4 times. They always say it is on the way. I am tired of it. A big scam!

I was like many other customers who are on Facebook who will end up seeing a product to try. I found Satin Youth when I clicked on a Headline which read Marie Osmond died and was found dead in her home which went straight to their website page. Clue #1---this was a fraud, misrepresentation and false advertisement to get someone on their website. They will use many actresses, singers, celebrity and regular people in their reports. I had also been on their website before when they used Shark Tank but I knew from the shows I had seen, I had never seen their product.Believe me, after today, no more ordering products online. Too many people are easily ripped off by various people and companies who are trying to mainstream their products and get their companies launched by any means possible, especially by fake news which leads to their products website. No honesty or integrity there on their part, just deceit and lies.

I decided to give their product a try for the 14-day free trial. I ordered Satin Youth Cream and Instant Wrinkle Reducer. I paid the postage & handling charge $3.95 for the Instant Wrinkle Reducer, San*ETHERALRADIANCESTORE8443319386NYUS as shown on my Visa bank card statement, then I was charged $1.00 process and handling fee for Satin Youth through the same company. San*Etheral Radiance Store is based out of New York and you only get through to Customer Service and they refuse to give an address. 1-844-331-9386 is their Customer Service phone number.

I was charged $4.95 for the Satin Youth Wrinkle Cream for postage and handling, GTC GENESISEYESERUM ABERDEEN NJUS as shown on my Visa bank card statement. Both orders were placed at the same time on the same website page. I placed the orders on March 10th Nebraska Central time, however, the orders did not post until March 11th,2017. I had received two emails for order confirmation from Satin Youth Customer Service on March 11, 2017, @ 6:52 pm.

On March 11, 2017, Michael from Customer Service called me at 2:44 pm concerning my order, stated my card was not going through and wanted more money for the products. I told him that my card was already charged for both products for shipping and handling, all his company had to do was process the payment which all payments were paid when the charges went through my bank on March 12, 2017, as paid. I had also told him during our conversation on March 11th that I did not want the products since he was asking for more money. I had assumed at that time Michael was going to cancel my orders and return the money for both products back to my account since the order had not been placed and products were not shipped.

No, instead I received both products on March 17th, 2017, shipped to me via USPS from the Shipping Dept at 6276 E. Tropical Pkwy #K, Las Vegas, NV 89115, both products in the same package together. The package states 1x Satin Youth Instant Red, 1x Satin Youth Cream 1194315.

I called on March 26th, 2017 when my card was charged, however, the Customer Service Representative hung up on me. I called back today on March 27, 2017, at 7:27 CMT to Customer Service and spoke to Lauren who hung up on me because I informed her that I had not had the product for 14 days and should not be charged $99.95. I should be allowed to cancel the product and my 14-day trial would end on March 31st, 2017, which is 14 days from receiving the products. Lauren informed me that I was charged the $99.95 because I did not write a product review on their website. I told her that I did not have the companies website address, only customer service's website page. She informed me that she sent me an email to my email address and it had the companies website and instructions how to write the review. I let her know the only emails I received was the order confirmation notices. I asked her to speak to a Supervisor or someone higher up because this was fraudulent and thief. I also told her that there is nothing in information on their web page referring to the charges for the sample sizes that was sent, need to write a review or will be charged 99.95 after the 14-day period.

I did not receive the products full size as she had stated. I had told her that if my money was not refunded that I was turning her and the company to the BBB, FCC, FBI, and Federal Trade Commission for stealing money from my account and for fraud. She started hollering at me and told me that it was not fraud and hung up the phone.

I called the phone number 1-844-331-9386 back several times but I was hung up on by the Customer Representative.

I called the Customer Service number for Satin Youth which is listed on the box at 1-855-337-5679 and spoke with Raphael. I told him the same thing I told Lauren. He asked if I had tried the product. I told him that I tried it for one application and did not get the instant results from the product as stated in their ad. He had told me that when I put on the Instant Wrinkle Reducer and I should have felt a tingling sensation which indicates the product is working and wrinkles should disappear within a few minutes. I informed him this did not happen. He told me I should have used the product for the 14-30 days and then I would see results.

I was told by Raphael that I could not get any of my money refunded because I was past the 14-day trial period. I told him I received the products in the mail on March 17, 2017, and my trial period should be over on March 31st, 2017. He told me that the 14-day trial period starts the day the order is placed to the company and not when the customer receives the product. I asked to return the product for a full refund. I was told that I could not receive a full refund because I removed the packages plastic wrap seals and used the products. I had informed him that neither one of my products had a plastic wrap seal on the packages-- the cream jar or the serum tube as he said they are supposed to have. He reiterated that I was basically lying and that I took the wraps off to use the products, which I informed him again that this was not the case and then the company must of either sent me used products or left the plastic wraps off the containers. I still have the USPS bubble wrapped mail envelope both packages were mailed in that states both trial size boxes were mailed in the envelope together.

I told him that this is wrong and that I was turning the company into the BBB, FBI, FCC and FTC for fraud, product misrepresentation and possibly going on the internet and see how many women have experienced the same thing and start a class action lawsuit. After I told Raphael this, he immediately stated that he would refund me 50% of the $99.95, cancel my order for both products and would not charge me $89.95 for the Satin Youth Wrinkle Cream since my 14-day trial was not up until March 29th, 2017. I told him that since my trial was not up until March 29th, 2017, then I should get a full refund for the Instant Wrinkle Reducer as well. He had also told me that since he was refunding my money in 5-10 business days that I could not report the company to any of the Bureau's for fraud and misrepresentation because he has corrected the problem.

I received two emails from Support @SatinYouth.com for the cancellation of both orders which states: This email is to inform you that your subscription status has been recently updated and any ongoing or all future charges have been canceled as per your request.

If you have any questions about the cancellation of this subscription, or if you would like to re-activate the same in the future, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team.

Charged my account $200 dollars and refused to give any sort of refund. They said it was their policy.

  • May 2, 2017

As I read one report regarding Satin Youth Cream, I have to add my own experience. It was very similar in that I, too, saw the add on Facebook with Shark Tank. There was no phone number, email, or price of the product and no mention of a trial period of any kind. It lead the person to believe that you would recieve only a small sample of the product as a free trial and if you liked it, the you could order it. And this begins my nightmare with Satin Youth Cream.

After I ordered and only expected to pay for the postage, I looked the company up online and saw the complaints. I immediately called my credit card company to tell them to stop the charges, but because I ordered approved the 4.95 charge, they could not override it (at least that is what they told me). I asked to have a new credit card number to stop the people from any further charges while I tried to find a number to contact the company.

To make a long story short, I never recieved the product, but they kept my money. I constantly called my credit card company to complain about the now multiple charges of $89.95 and $99.95 on my credit card and even reported the charges as fraud. By the way, if you authorize one charge and not another with no written evidence from the company of subscription confirmation or that you enrolled in a membership plan or even thanking you for the product order or when to expect it in the mail...you, as a consumer, have no power. Your word is nothing. The business, fraudulent-deceptive-rude, has all the control. I had received none of these things and I lost major $$. I am presently in dispute with the company for not receiving the product, which by the way, the company offered to send to me, but refused to return my money (in the most rude way, by the way-she, Cindy, the supervisor, (Sure that is not her real name) hung up in my face when I refused the product and requested my money.

Also, if you file a complaint with your credit card prior to speaking with the company, the company can refuse to do business with you ever again and as in my case, the credit card company ruled in their favor over an approval for a $4.95 postage charge that turned into hundreds of dollars lost due to consumers having no power at all in these instances. It is the new bait and switch and there are no regulations to protect the consumer from deceptive advertising on various websites. Once I had to go back to do an official dispute for not even receiving the unwanted and unrequested product with my credit card company, I was told that the people were rude because most companies win in these instances. I would have had to make a screenshot of the ad in order to show I was telling the truth.

So, let's be clear, my credit card company has to have written or physical evidence from me that I was defrauded, but the company can make all types of claims and statements about their deceptive ads and get away with it? Heck, they don't even have to send you the product and it's okay. They still get to swindle you out of your money....something is wrong here. This Satin Youth Cream scam is under many different businesses, The Glowing Serum-Alphafix, LLC-Magic Ko, LLC, and who knows what others. If you stop one from billing you, another just starts up. How can that not be deceptive and considered fraud? Also, why does my credit card company not have any power to consider this in their decision? It is like the tale of Moby d**k and we know who plays the role of the great white whale and who will be defeated, forever fighting to capture the desired prize...my freaking money that was defrauded from me!!

Satin Youth Cream is an company that commits fraud, no doubt about it. Why are credit card companies honoring their claims when so many have complained about the same thing in different parts of the world? There has to be some justice somewhere.

Satin Youth instant wrinkle reducer popped up on facebook. It offers you a "free trial" for the cost of paying only the shipping. They send you 1/2 oz of a cream that is 90% water. Once you order, the company charges your credit or debit card $99.95 for a monthly subscription and then two days later another $99.95 for a second shippment. If you send back the product for a refund, you must follow and list of their requirements and pay for certified mail. They will only refund one of the charges, insisting that you signed up for the subscirption and did not notify them within the first 14 days. Huge scam.

  • Apr 19, 2017

I ordered the Satin Youth on the internet and for just the shipping to try a sample. Never was told or given anything that stated you had to cancel within 14 days or they would charge you close to $200. This is a fraud. I never got but 1 of the 3 samples and never authorized noone to use my debit card for another purchase. I had called approximately 1 week after receiving the 1 sample and advised them that I only received 1 sample and they told me that they couldn't send me any more samples and I did ask then, to make sure that what I paid was all I was going to get charged. I paid shipping and handling for all 3 and still lost money there and now they hit my debit card and took more money from me that I didn't authorize. I talked to a guy named Jordan and he was very rude when I called to ask for my money back. He stated that I was not going to get my money back and that I better be glad that I wasn't charged more than I was. It was like he was threatening me that he could charge more. I called my debit card company and they said that since it was done today and was showing as a pending charge that I would have to wait till it cleared before I could file a dispute. This is rediculous. The lady at the debit card company stated " they don't actually have the money yet", ok well stop them from getting it!!! I am a single mom and can't make ends meet as it is and now they took money from me. Very upsetting!!!

  • Apr 18, 2017

I ordered a sample from Satin Youth and then received more the next month and the next month. When I called they refused to give me the money back or take the product back which was un-opened. The man told me NO and hung up on me.

  • Apr 18, 2017

I purchased a sample of Satin Youth. Expected to just order the eye cream, but you are forced to purchase the face cream at an additional cost. In the fine print, not noticable on their website it supposedly claims you must cancel within 14 days or you will be sent addional products. When I recevied my credit card statement I was charged $99.95 & $89.95 in March 2017. Called my credit card company to dispute the charge. They requested I call Satin Youth to give me a credit. Satin Youth refused. They stated I had to call within 14 days to cancel my subscription. They charged me an additional $99.95 & $89.95 in April 2017.

Satin Youth cancelled my account. But again refused to refund my money. I didn't receive any prodcut from them until after I closed out my account. My credit card company took my dispute and said they would investigate the charges. I've returned the two products they shipped me since I didn't approve the charges.

The product isn't worth the $4.99 I paid for the trial sample.

I responded to Satin Youth instant trial promotion to a free Satin Youth anti wrinkle cream on my email. According to the email I am only obligated to pay the shipping cost of the cream. I order the cream on 11/12/16 , and paid with my debit card. I was emailed an invoice and a Confirmation #614462 for $3.95, also charge of $4.95 with Order Confirmation #614469 for a second cream. Both creams are two little trial bottles. My bank statement revealed that Active Facial charged me for $4.95 and $3.95 respectively. Also noticed a charge of $1.00 by essential formula all charges posted on 11/14/17. To my surprise, on 12/2/17 my debit account was charged with $99.95 and $89.95 respectively by "Active Facial and Essential Formula. I contacted my bank to dispute this transaction because I didn't initially realized that it was Satin Youth that charged my account again. My bank later told me it was Satin Youth/ Active Fac. I changed my debit card and I contacted Satin Youth about refund. After a long hold I was told that I should have contacted Satin Youth first before changing my card information. I told the representative that I have no obligation to contact Satin Youth, because I didn't purchase any product in the amount of $99.95 and 89.95 respectively from them. I demanded for my money to be refunded asap. The Satin Youth Representative told me their is nothing they can do because I already change my bank information, and my money will not be refunded. This agency is running a big scam on people , please do not fall a victim. All I need is for my money to be refunded.

  • Mar 16, 2017

Do not order anything from Satin Youth. You will be charged $99 after 14 days and again two days later! You will lose hundreds of dollars for the little tiny tube of product you will be sent!

  • Mar 16, 2017

After ordering a sample product and paying only shipping I was later charged $99.95. I also do not remember seeing a two week period during which to cancel this product. After seeing the charge on my account I contacted my bank. I was also unable to reach the company by phone. My bank later called to inform me that they could not help me because of the "fine print". They also provided me with a working number to reach them at. Initially I was told I would receive a refund. Of course this didn't happen. After more phone calls during which I was threatened I was informed that I am ineligible for a refund because of my charge of fraud against them. Rip off!!! Do not buy from them. At this point it is the principle of my money being stolen from me.

This company advertised on Facebook as seen on Shark Tank, free trial just pay the shipping. Then it automatically charges you three seperate fees and it is not trial size, it is trial time. They send you very small samples of what they call the full product and if you dont complain or cancel within 14 days, they charge a recurring monthly fee of $89.95 and $99.95 a total of $189.90. When I called to say this is wrong the operator said oh there is nothing you can do, its in writing, you should have read. The thing is I had called them 3 times before to try to understand the procedure and NO ONE told me this was a trial and there would be recurring fees. This is very deceptive and very bad business. I told the operator I was going to dispute the charges and he basically laughed at me and said he aleady knew what was going to happen, he said I would be calling him back asking for a 25% refund which is the best he can give me. I filed a dispute. I do not know what will happen, it could take 40 -60 day for the dispute to be settled and in the mean time the charges will be paid to these scammers.

  • Feb 27, 2017

Satin Youth misrepresents their product. THeir ad makes you believe you are receiving two samples at the cost of $4.95 each. Then they charge your credit card for $89.95 for the one product and $99.95 for the other product. The jar of cream is 1 oz and the tube of so called wrinkle reducer is 0.5 oz. Then they start sending these products every month until you call and cancel. I thought I was getting samples for $4.95 each and if I wanted the product, then I could order. It was not clear that the $4.95 price was for shipping and handling of the 89.95 and 99.95 they are actually charging for these products. I did call and complain and they said they will give me a partial refund. I do believe this is false advertising

  • Feb 25, 2017

I ordered a sample online and paid shipping. I have since been charged 99.95 on my credit card. When I noticed the charges I called them. Said told me I also had another charge for 89.95. They refused to remove charges ( I have received nothing) except $$95 and sent me a cancellation notice. I called back to get physical address and the refused. I was going to turn them into the Better Business Bureau. Do Not order !!!

  • Feb 23, 2017

Ordered my Satin Youth Skincare FREE 14-day trial Jan. 22, 2017. Forgot the due date of the end of my trial. Called on February 22, 2017, and they THEN told me that my 30-day trial was over and they could not refund my money, but could give me 25% refund. I told them the skincare creams had never been opened, were still sealed, and that I did not want to have a question and answer session, just a straight up business transaction where I return the cream and get my $189.90 BACK. This sticker price was astounding and bit into my rent monies. I did NOT know it would cost this much if I missed my trial date or would never have ordered this.

I have had a very busy 2 weeks since the end of my trial date, culminating in my call tonight when I was finally quiet enough to be able to make this call. The man who talked with me, "JOHN", with an accent, told me he could not give me back more than 25% of my monies because I would not cooperate with his question and answer session, saying I was not willing to work with him.

There is no need to have any convoluted conversation about why I never opened the creams, I was simply busy. I want my money back and I want to know how to do this legally so I know this company is operating legally in the USA and are accountable when a customer wants to return untouched, unused mercvhandise.

  • Feb 23, 2017

The 14 day trial words were hidden on my cellular device since I searched high and low trying to find the catch paid for postage as required to get as advertised the free offer and was also charged $89.95

  • Feb 22, 2017

Said that I had a free trial for skin cream and that all I had to pay was for shipping, then there was a charge for $99.95 on my account 13 days or so later. I received a 1 oz. jar of face cream and a second .5 oz purse pack of instant wrinkle reducer (which I hadn't expected to receive). The web site did not say that it was a recurring order or that I had to respond within a certain number of days or I would be charged. My story is the same as the other woman who wrote an extensive account of what happened to her. The customer service rep at my first call said he cancelled the second order and that he would refund 25% of the $99.95. At first he said that he couldn't help me because I didn't use the product as directed, although I did, and did not see any results which should have been dramatic according to advertising. The problem is the bait and switch and deceiptfulness of the website and the customer service staff. He said that the manufacturer was in California but the call center was in Texas and the product warehouse is also in Utah. I am not a shopper and I am very particular about not trusting websites and looking at the small print in contracts and things that sound too good to be true. I trusted this company because the advertisement came through a newsletter that I respect. I am very disappointed that I was scammed. I hope to help others not to be taken by this. 1-855-511-1244 1812 W. Sunset Blvd #34, St George Utah 84770*

I saw an ad on Facebook for the trial of the product and decided to give it a try. I suspected it might be a membership type of program so as a result I looked at every tab to see if there was a section that stated there would be fees or membership required. I never received an order email confirmation which seemed odd for something that is ordered online. When the product came, I looked for an invoice for an account number or something that would indicate that an account was set up which would set off a red flag to cancel any type of membership.

I am very disapointed that I looked for signs that this could have some subsequent fees, but I did not see them. I am also frustrated that that the costs were ridiculous at $90 and $10 per bottle - which were only about an ounce of product.

I was able to cancel easily and did receive an email confirmation, but unfortunately there is no way to recover the $190 mistake that I paid. I will not ever buy anything off of a Facebook link again.

  • Feb 21, 2017

I received the 14 day trial of satin youth very excited and hopeful. When I went to call and cancel the order they said it was to late and they charged me $100.00 and said they didn't offer trial samples. So they offer a 14 day trial which you pay almost $10.00 to receive and then the charge you $100.00 or more after you try and cancel. People should be aware of this scam. It's not right the way they are ripping people off.

  • Feb 14, 2017

I called these people after seeing my card billed for $99.95. They claimed to have shipped me 2 packages but I have never received ANYTHING from them. I told them I had no idea who they are or what their product was and I demanded they put my money back immediately or I would file a complaint with the Attorney General for Florida. They acquiesced and said they would refund the total amount within a week.. 14 days later and nothing refunded... I will give them today to fulfil their promise, and if they don't I will file a complaint with the Attorney General, the FTC and if they happen to use the US Mail to deliver I will file with the Postal Inspector since mail fraud is a Federal offense.. I canceled my card immediately and alerted the bank so that no other charges could go through.

If you have been taken advantage of by these people please let me know what service they use for shipping (USPS, FEDEX, UPS etc.). I would suggest that EVERYONE affected by these crooks file with their AG, the FTC and Postal Inspector (if appropriate).

Those who deceive the public need to be put out of business...

I ordered the skincare product after seeing an ad on Facebook that supposedly was endorsed by Shark Tank. At the bottom of the shipment, in small print, was a notice that this is a monthly shipment for $99.75 per month and to call 888-604-9168 at any time to cancel.

I called right away, was put on hold for 47 minutes, then finally the operator, Eric, said he would be happy to help me. I had to supply my name, email address, and product and he said he found my account. I then told him I wanted to cancel the monthly shipment, and he said, "you can't cancel through me since you have no account with us". I said, "that's funny, you just told me you found my account". He said, "I did not but we are always getting their calls so here is their direct number... 855-337-5679" and hung up. I called that number and after 6 minutes, someone who did not give their name, answered, asked for my email address, product, and my name. He then said he was unable to find my account.

I will be calling my credit card to cancel this order and calling Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General on Monday.

I enrolled in a trial for a Wrinkle reducing product called Satin Youth. I saw it while on Facebook one day. I thought what a good bargain to pay shipping and handling charge of $3.95 to try this product. Well to my complete surprise I found the $3.95 charge and another charge for $99.95 and another a week later for $89.95. I called to ask about the charges and was told I did not call to cancel the trail . I explained I never read or saw a clause stating it was a limited time trail and would have to call to cancel to avoid any additional charges! Please keep in mind , the items I received are a 1oz container and a 0.5oz container (trial size) because I would have Never order these products at such a high cost. This company is refusing to return my money!! I need to warn everyone that this company is dishonest , do not care about customers, and I feel I have been Scammed!!

  • Feb 8, 2017

I am a person that likes to get samples in the mail. I can't afford to buy full size products not knowing whether I will like them or not, so I like to try samples and then when I like a product I buy the full size. I get notices from websites that tell you about free samples and I have been doing this for a few years now. So I see on facebook, get a sample of Satin Youth, so I ordered my free sample like I have done dozens of times for various products. I receive the sample with no printed material and start trying it. I just checked my bank account today and they have now charged me $99.95. I called the number which was JKC Solutions LLC and a man tells me I signed up for a trial and since I didnt cancel the subscription, that I am basically screwed. There was no reason for me to think this was going to happen and I feel like robbers came into my home and stole $99.95. This is a very unscrupulous way to do business. I paid $3.95 for shipping so they have my credit card number but that should be illegal that I did not give them permission to steal more money.

I paid the original 3.95 then they begin charging full price without my knowledge. Called to be cancelled. I did get confirmation number. I then read online all the people that didn't work for & they were still charged after that! I then blocked them from using that card again. Scam, scam , scam!

  • Feb 6, 2017

Regardless if it was in fine print or not the quality of the product is not worth the cost. Not to mention how difficult they are when u ask for a full refund.

I am so deeply disgusted by this company and their way of doing " business"and will do everything within my powerto stop them and get my money back, and hopefully help other people get their money back as well.Throughout the entire process of ordering the " free" trial, there was no hint of signing up for some subscription or being charged $99.95...ever! JUST shipping, nothing else! That is all I wanted, I was curious about this cream, which was supposedly invented by Angelina Jolie..well, I have my doubts that she knows people are getting srewed out of their money in order to get a tiny sample of her cream, and if she does know about this...shame on you, Angelina! But, if she doesn't know about this, maybe we should make her aware of this. When I saw that $99.95 charge on my credit card, I immediately called this company over and over, no answer, no answering machine either. Then I called my bank to stop the charge, since it was still pending.

Unfortunately, they had to wait for it to post, but I closed the account and had a new card sent to me, just in case. I was told that this company will not get the money...well, today I received a letter, saying that the charge was not fradulent, because I gave my card number...yes, I did, but only for them to charge for shipping..nothing else! So, I called my bank again, this time I talked to the dispute department and filed a report, now I have to wait for them to make a decision. I then called this scammer company again, and to my surprise, someone picked up...long story short, the same thing that some other people on here reported, happened to me too...they offered a 50% discount to continue my subscription..WTH?... I NEVER subscribed to this! This woman was just like a robot, I think she was programmed to say the same thing over and over, and to show no emotions, no matter what I said...and I was super ANGRY...she kept trying to convince me to get the 50% discount..blah, bah, blah....I told her over and over, I WANT TO CANCEL whatever THEY signend me up for, immediately, and I want my MONEY BACK.... finally, she canceled everything and sent me an email confirmation, but did not refund my money! I am going to get in touch with the Attorney General, I will not back down and I will get my money back! If we all stick together, we can stop them, don't give up on your money....If nobody ever says anything, nothing will change, and they will keep scamming people out of their money....let's put an end to this company!

I received a Product in the mail 2 Seperate days in 2 Seperate packages with different names on each package. I called the Company and got a Home Customer Service Man working out of Maine. He had informed immediately that I ordered this product 2X (Cream) and the Reducer 2X. He said that I was charged as a Member $89 &$99 and then 2 weeks later $89 & $99 . I told him that the product came to my House and was not ordered by me. I assured him at 23 years old I did not have a Wrinkle Issue. He argued and told me that I may return 2 of the packages at my expense and I would receive a credit on my Credit Card. NOT! I called my Credit Card Level II in the Fraud Dept. that I never order this product 4 X or even 1 X . I gave them a report and 30 Days later the Satin Youth Company never credited the Account. I will get a Credit after I fill out reports that I was charged for something that I did not order and I sent back and still was not credited. The issue I have is that the Company is in several locations and Ship out of different locations and get their Customer Service out of other locations. They mask their products by using different names. What alerted me was that they did not want their Product back, although they did give me RO #. STAY AWAY ANOTHER INTERNET SWINDLE!

A Facebook add directs ripoff victims to a webpage advertising free trials of Satin Youth Wrinkle Cream. Clicking a large green 'Rush My Trial' button directs customers to a checkout webpage. The checkout webpage lists this price in large font: "Price $0.00, Shipping $3.95, Handling $1.00, TOTAL $4.95. Just to the right of the stated price is a large highlighted box with a from to enter Card Type, Credit Card #, Exp. Date, and CVV. At the bottom of the highlighted box is a large green button labled 'COMPLETE CHECKOUT.' Just above this large green button is the wording, 'By clicking the Complete Checkout button I agree that I am over 18 years of age and agree to the Terms and Conditions." There is no button labeled 'Terms and Conditions' to click to read any terms and conditions. Nowhere on the checkout webpage is there any text labled Terms and Conditions. Completely outside the large highlighted box for entry of credit card information, in a tiny font, the smallest font on the webpage, is this wording: By submitting, you consent to having read and agreed to our Terms and conditions and after your 14 day trial period has expired, being enrolled in out membership program is $99.95 plus shipping per month. You can cancel any time by calling 855-337-5679.

The construction of this webpage is clearly designed to maximize deception. My wife and most people who respond to this webpage think they are paying $4.95 for a free trial of a new product. My wife's credit had $4.95 posted to it on 1/9/2017, and then a completely unexpected $99.95 posted under a different merchant name on 1/25/2007.

Calling the number provided eventually reaches a person who gives you an RMA#, an address to return the product to, and a verbal promise, unlikely to be kept, of a reversal of the $99.95 charge.

  • Feb 2, 2017

I ordered a free anti-wrinkle cream with a $4.99 shipping charge. Nothing on the internet site said anything about incurring charges if I didn't call within so many days. No price is listed for the product and it stated there were no commitments needed to make. Two days after I received the shipment, I was charged with no warning $200.00. When I called them, they tried to discourage me from returning the product. After this kind of treatment, even if the product did work, (but it doesn't) I wouldn't give them a dime now or in the future.

Satin Youth is a scam. I cancelled and they said I didn't and they too $99.95 and $89.95 out of my bank account. Caused my account to be overdrawn. Customer Service Rep was so rude and not helpful. I spoke with a Karen, Sarah Lee ID#999977 and Camilo (I think this was a fake name). Karen told me that the free trial size is what I was charged for...what?!!! Finally, I called my bank to report the unauthorized charges. They cannot get away with this any longer!!

  • Jan 31, 2017

I was told this was a free trial 14 days before charging my account. I called since I opened only one of the items sent to me to start the return process, but was told they would not refund any opened product, even though the false advertising implied I could try it first. It hurt my skin, as I am allergic to something in the ingredients. The person I spoke to was not helpful and was rude, not listening to anything I said. I asked for his name and address. He would not give me his last name. I am returning both products, one was not opened at all. I paid for the original shipping and I will have to pay also to return it. Please report these false claims of this company! They have taken out of my account $200.00. Before the trial period was done. Please help with this situation. It is a complete SCAM!!

  • Jan 27, 2017

I actually was doing a private survey for myself. I seen the ad on Facebook, clicked on link purchased product for shipping, had to cancel 15 days. I did this 5 times on same link over period of days, each time I clicked on link a different product came up, mind you it's the same link. I received some products, I noticed they all are in same containers, different labels. I received zamoura, beauty wrinkle cream, satin youth, a more skin, luscious and bio Genesis. I cancelled all of these before the period was up. They kept sending, I called each one of them. They are all a scam, they all charged my accounts before the trial period ended. I will fight every charge on all of these transactions. The last two products were the strangest. I first received beauty wrinkle cream, put aside didn't no where it came from, then I received satin youth. On 1/26/2017 I called satin youth, I explained I did not order this, he found my account, yes he had my info. I did not do this transaction. He asked if I got first order I said no, I told him I got beauty wrinkle cream, he said that's strange, we make that product too. All in all he agreed they messed up and will refund my two transactions of 99.00 each, we will see what happens. They had to have bought my info from another company. My opinion they all are a scam, unfair to public, they take money before the 15 days, in all I was probably charged over $500 I will get every penny back. Two of them are in process. These places need to be stopped, they are stealing money from customers. I will stand up to all of them, I will get my money back they need to be stopped.

Scam beauty cream operation with "free trial" samples. Then comes unbelievable charges after 2 weeks on my credit card for monthly shipments

  • Jan 24, 2017

  • Jan 19, 2017

I was emailed a promotional offer.

I enrolled in a trial for a wrinkle reducing product called Satin Youth. I ordered it on 12/31/16 and was suposed to be charged $3.95 for shipping and handling . Yrt was charged $8.90.Eceived 1/5/17

Called 1/18/17 to cancel since i did not see any benefits and did not like it. Wanted to be sure it wasn't on any automatic send and charge. Well- i was.

I called the cancellation tel #.I was told i had to try longer. Told them no- they said i owed them $179.00 and i coukd not cancel. I informed them that i would contact BBB and my credit card co. All of a sudden- tey would give me 25% back, then 40% , then 75%.I said no to all of this. THey finally said i would receive afull refund ,but when i asked for an email vlidating this, i was told it could not be done. The man was therudest, pushiest person ithink i have ever spoken with.

Called credit card Co. They suppied me with the chargesunder different names.

They should be shut down!!!!!What a scam!!!!NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO A TRIAL!!!

  • Jan 18, 2017

I purchased satin youth and tried it It was okay. When I ordered it There wasn't anything in the ad about cancelling or getting more orders later. I thought it odd but let it go, Until I got an invoice for $99.95 in my bank statement. I called the company and told them I wanted a refund, but the man told me they could only refund half my money. Company policy he says Bulls..t I say. Round and round we went until I told him I was going to the BBB, FTC, and FDA. All of a sudden they can refund the entire amount. Something fishy there. I will not do business with them again and recommend others to stay away as well.

  • Jan 17, 2017

I ordered Satin Youth Wrinkle Cream through a FB ad. The add claimed it was a success on Shark Tank. I ordered two products that stated FREE TRIAL but must pay shipping of 4.95 and 3.95. I received my free trial products in about 7-10 days later. My credit card was billed as quoted. Fifteen days later my credit card was additionally billed for 99.95 and 89.95. What?

After getting the phone number from my credit card company I called to find out what these charges were for. I was told since I didn't cancel my FREE TRIAL within 14 days, I was billed for the full amount of the product. The ad never stated that this would happen. They told me it says this on the billing page. If it is on the billing page it is well hidden. So the product is not really free and I am out almost 200 bucks.

It is obvious that this is a scam and the company makes it very difficult to cancel. I am going to cancel my credit card and report this company to the Attorney Generals Office.

I am usually very careful about ordering from the Internet but this crooked company really got me.

  • Jan 16, 2017

Wasn't sure how to categorize this product but it's a skincare line advertised online.

I purchased only a Trial Sample for $4.95 plus $1.00 for shipping for SATIN YOUTH.

Since my initial purchase they have debited my bank account Dec 05 2016, Jan 5 2017 each for $89.95 and got 2 very small items.

I did not give them permission nor did I sign permission for them doing this!

I have a manufactoring phone number only 855-511-1244

Will call them asap but women need a heads up about this atrocity of stealing money from people!

I will also report to the ATTORNEY GENENRAL of that state and use media if necessary!

I have learned my lesson well..They lie..living on a fixed income I would never have agreed to their terms..I got charged $37 to my account so I called them right away..I explained my situation to the customer care person. She was very understanding G after we spoke and assured me of my return in 7 to 10 businessential days so I thanked her and waited..10 days went bye and no return yet on my credit card so I called a second time..again they assured me my money would be returned to my card in 7 to 10 business days so again I waited 10 more days..needless to say I'm getting a little upset with all the customer care people giving me the runaround..to make a long story short 30 days in and 4 phone calls I still have not seen a penny from these people..I will not give up if I have to call everyday..they are definitely ripping people off!! *

I responded to an ad on Facebook promoted by "product appeared on Shark Tank" or something to that effect. I ordered a free trial of Satin Youth Wrinkle Reducer paying for postage only. The initial webpage said nothing about the "free" trial being an ongoing monthly product charge or that you needed to contact the company within 14 days to cancel.

I received the product & didn't find it to be anything special, so I promptly forgot about it since it was a "free" trial. On 12/27/16 I found a $99.95 charge on my bank account. I called the phone number associated with the charge & was told that the 15-day trial period (even though it is actually 14 days) had ended, so I was automatically charged. When I told the staffer I saw no notice about the 14 days, they said it was on the checkout page. Granted, I did not see it or I would have definitely called prior to the charge.

He asked if I had received 2 products & I answered yes. The staffer said I could receive a 20% refund & I said no and asked to speak to his supervisor. He responded that there were 5 callers ahead of me - in an attempt to get me to settle for the 20%, I believe. I persistently said I would hold & within a minute or two, the staffer came back saying the supervisor was still with other customers, but he could give me 50% refund. I again waited for a supervisor. Momentarily, a supervisor took my call.

I shared my experience & said that I would only accept a 100% refund. He pointed to the 15-day/14-day waiting period & I pointed out that the Christmas holiday was during that period, so I was entitled to cancellation & a full refund. He finally agreed to cancel the account & send a full refund.

To my disbelief, I was charged $89.95 on 12/29/16! I calleed again & had to repeat the above scenario all over again. I was told the second charge was for the second product. The first staffer referred to 2 products on 12/27/16, and I was told the account was cancelled that day. So to be charged for a second product was beyond ridiculous! The staffer I spoke to was rude, interuptting, and combative & basically hung up on me.

I found another phone number on the product itself, so I called. This time a staffer offered me a 25% refund, which I refused & asked to speak to a supervisor. It was the same bait & switch: The supervisor was very busy & I would have a long wait. I waited. I told him about my conversation with the supervisor I spoke to on 12/27/16 who assured me I would receive a 100%. He said there was no information regarding that conversation. What a surprise! I insisted that both charges be refunded to my bank account & he said he could only refund 50%. I accepted that... for now.

I will wait & see if I actually receive the money. If not, I will call the State of New York Attorney General, as well as the State of Utah Attorney General about this scam company. New York was listed next to my bank charge & the Utah contact was listed on the product.

I am so utterly disappointed & will be lucky if I receive any compensation. I plan to cancel my debit card at the bank tomorrow, in the event they try to zing it again. I do not believe anything I was told. I am normally so diligent when ordering online, but this one got me.

Please do not order anything from Satin Youth or AlphaFix.LLC!

  • Dec 28, 2016

I saw an ad on line and decided to try the free sample. Ordered it and paid around $5 for shipping and handling. Then day later there was a charge of $99.95 on my card and next day a charge for $89.95 and I never received another shipment. I do not use this card often but when I did check my statement I was shocked and put in a dispute because I did not recognize the descriptions. One was OKGG LLC and other was under CALIBRY LLC. I called them and they said if I didn't want to receive the monthly shipments I was to call them within 14 days after receiviing the samples as it was in the disclaimer. Can't dispute them because I don't have the packaging the "sample" came in but funny that 2 charges were made within a day of each other and nothing received and another charge has been made but she said she cancelled it. I told her to remove me from their mailing and cancelled the credit card. Will never order on-line again!!! I haven't used the product so don't know if it works or not but from reading other reports it doesn't do anything so I consider this a scam.

  • Dec 19, 2016

I ordered satin youth cream 10/30/16. I have emailed and called concerning my refund each time i called the reps. was very rude and unprofessionally. I have emailed the company the tracking number. still haven't received my refund as of 12/18/2016.PLUS the product don't work anyway. It's a Scam

  • Dec 14, 2016

Promised a free sample, you pay only shipping. Then they just keep charging you for a subscription you didn't signed up for. Then, you get half of what you paid back, or nothing. If you are unlucky, your card gets charged again and again. The product does not work.

  • Dec 6, 2016

Satin youth promotes a "trial offer" online. They have several websites, which of this date, two come up as nothing but a white screen. The webpages i knwo of are:

You have to enter your credit card information in order to pay for "shipping charges" for the "trial offer".

What they send you is some cheaply packaged Just thrown into yellow envelope) supiciously cheap looking items with a cheaply printed "about us" card which is incredbly vague.

There was no packing slip. Nothing about the items you recieve instill confidence that you are dealing with a legit company.

The items shipped from saint george, ut 84770 and the charge on my account was listed as orginating from ny.

I called their customer service phone#: 855-337-5679 there was no announcement of their company name, just an outgoing message saying "thank you for holding, we appreciate your paiteince" repeatedly.

I waited 20 minutes until someon finally answered.

The person i spoke to could not explain why the websites were down. The customer service person confirmed that satin youth was paying them to do customer service calls, and that they were not actually part of satin youth.

Satin youth claims to be based in utah but the customer sericve person said their actual physical address is:

12924 pierce street

Pacomia ca 91331

Which on google maps reveals a nondescipt office building.

Their website lists their location as:

1812 w. Sunset blvd. #34

St. George, utah 84470

This address is for a strip mall. There seems to be no actual brick and morter store front there.

This is all very suspicious.

After ordering the "free trial", satin youth began charging my credit card a recurring monthly fee of $99

If there was a notice of a recurring/auto ship fee during the trial ordering process it was hidden or placed in such a way as to be unnoticed. This was a cynical/deceptive action on the organization calling itself "satin youth".

At this time i have a pending payment on my bank account that the bank says will have to process before i can dispute the charge. I deactivated my card.

I am leaving this Outscam so that others will not make the mistake i have. Buyer beware!

  • Dec 1, 2016

I saw an online article (on Facebook) for Satin Youth skin cream. Being a woman of a certain age, my interest was piqued and I ordered a trial sample of two products. I was charged around $14.00 for shipping and handling of both products. I received them in a few days and tried them. I was allergic to them and could not use them. Since I ordered what I thought was a sample, I stopped using the products and thought I made a $14.00 mistake, not a big deal. Two weeks later, a $99.00 charge was on my credit card. I immediately contacted Satin Youth's cutomer service line (855-337-5679) to stop payment and to stop the subscription that I was unaware of. I demanded a refund since I am allergic to the product. I was told that I didn't cancel within 14 days of ordering. After the operator I spoke to checked with her supervisor, I was told I would receive a credit to my account of $49.97, half of the amount I was originally charged. In my initial ordering process, I didn't see that I was enrolling in a subscription for this product. Everything involved with Satin Youth is very deceptive. I have received emails stating that the credit would appear in my account within 5-15 business days. I canceled the subscription on October 23. I have yet to receive that credit. When I call their customer service line, I am sure it's a call center, and they are just following a script. What a total ripoff!!!!I feel like such a sucker for falling for this. The charge of $99.00 is a large percentage of my very small Social Security check. I don't want to see other people get sucked into this fraudulent operation. I have just placed my 4th call, on November 30, to their customer service line and was told the same line of baloney, that I would receive the refund to my account in 7-10 business days. I am sure that I will never receive that refund, but I am going to keep bugging them.

  • Nov 30, 2016

While on Face Book, I saw an ad for free samples and decided to try the Satin Youth wrinkle cream that was listed as a trail size. All I need to do was pay the postage and handling of over $8.00. So I gave my debit card number and received the one ounce jar of cream and half ounce tube a few days later. Two weeks later I noticed a charge of $189.90 deducted on my bank statement. I did not agree to order this cream or subscribe to future shipments of this cream.

I called the Satin Youth company and was told that I agreed to pay full price for them after using it for 14 days. I told them that I can not afford to pay that much for face cream and to cancel any other cream shipment. He said that they could send me a jar every 30 days for 50% of that cost if I agree . Even 50% off is more than I can pay a month. Also, that they could not refund my full amount, but could refund 25% because it was opened. I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and would never have agreed to pay for the trial size bottles of nearly $200.00.

I believe this is deceptive and dishonest and I thought I was dealing with a company that was on the level and not trying to rip off people. At 25% refund, they are still getting over $150.00. I am very sorry that I am so trusting. I hope other people are not caught is this scam.

  • Nov 29, 2016

I bought a sample of two of their products. One for $1.00 and the other for $3.95. I searched for all indications that this might charge my account for additional charges. I did not see any indication of that. In 10 days I got charged $99.95. I called the company and was offered a 25 % refund, then a 50 % refund and I finally told the woman that I was not hanging up without a 100 % refund. And asked to speak to a supervisor. She then placed me on hold and came back on to tell the supervisor was busy but she would process the refund. She said they were about to charge me for the 2nd product so it was a good thing I called. I told her i needed it processed asap bc I had to pay my mortgage and could not until she issued the refund. She agreed it may take a few days or weeks and so she asked me to email them a request. I asked for the dept that handles the refunds and she said she did not have that information. I called my bank to alert them. 2 days later I was charged again. I called back and talked to 4 people and they said they had no record of any charges and could not issue a refund. i was hung up on and then when i called back a guy answered who said he could not access my information due to a system update. He had an American accent and was not in a call center. The previous calls were people in an Indian call center. So I asked him for the name of the company he gave me Satin Youth. The previous company I had dialed was Rendezvous Beauty LLC. He said I dialed the wrong number. I said really ? I hit redial. He was a complete jerk. AFter I hung up, I hit redial and it went to a call tracking number that forwarded to and Indian call center. This new guy tells me they were in a system update as well and that he could access my account. However he was able to still see the charges and all of the order info. This is a total sham. I have filed a claim with my bank. I will post this under both business names. All ads have endorsements from CHRISTIE BRINKLEY AND DR. OZ. DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY WRINKLE REDUCER CREAM FROM THEM. THERE ARE SEVERAL PRODUCTS THAT THEY ENDORSE ALL WITH DIFFERENT PACKAGES AND NAMES BUT ITS THE SAME COMPANY AND ALL SHAMS. DO NOT BUY ANY WRINKLE REDUCER CREAM FROM THE RENDEZVOUS BEAUTY OR SATIN YOUTH. Ps. The number on my charge on my bank acct was for New jersey and disconnected. I hd to call the number on the packaging so dont throw that away. J
