I had an estimate from Satin Finish Concrete to stain my concrete floors. The salesperson/owner seemed very nice, (first mistake).
I hire him to stain my bedroom concrette floors. The cost was $5,000.00. I wanted to pay by credit card but he didn't accept credit cards (should of walked away-second mistake).
He said they would patch the cracks in the floor, they didn't. He said they would be shiny-they're not.
After the job turned out awful I asked to have the floors fix, they didn't. I asked for a partial refund, they wouldn't.
Don't be fooled by a great talker, reserach, research and get referrals. If they don't accept credit cards RUN AWAY.
I wish I had listen to own advice!!! Now I am paying to have my concrete flooor tiled over their mess.
