Do not trust this vendor. Beware as they take your money and do not deliver! I purchased the muscial instrument from them i emailed them to confirm shipment and payment process etc, they promised it would take 2 weeks for international deliveries (though their website states 7 days via FEDEX/UPS). I paid online and they confirmed payment receipt via email. but i didn't receive any follow up email re delivery of goods. I waited 2 weeks and called them to follow up on status. They emailed July 15th. After many frustrated attempts to contact the owner, Ashish Shrivastava, and insisting on them providing me with shipment details, I contacted another company ccavenue.com which seems to be a joined con company which tiik and acknowledged the complaint but no action on it. Sathyadeep promises a money back guarantee on their website - do not believe this! They do not reply to your emails and have no conscience or responsibility! Don't waste your money on them and if you have, dont bother chasing them as they will lie to you over the phone. I have been ripped off USD325 for an instrument i was buying for a my kids birthday. Do not be dillusioned by the very professional looking website as they are CONs - as simple as that! Here are their details.

Satyadeep Musical palace is of no existence and the person adverrtising this is Asish Shivatav . He is the most dishonest and criminal person who seems to be doing everything to look genuine and taking money from honest people . i sent 68,000 rupees and ordered Harmonium. He first told that it will be ready and sent in three weeks. He later told that he ordered one via a musician with paul and comapany. Later he told it will be ready in 90 days. That was over and finally he said that i will refund money. He asked me to give a bank ac no and could not transfer vi western union as it is not allowed from India. He did ask to send money via western uniion. I have his bank details and also photo graph and working to give to police department in in INdia. I gave him bank ac no and after a week he says it will take 6 working days .Money never came to my account and he is on run
PLEASE BE CARE FULL WITH THIS COMPANY AND MAN AND DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM OF SUCH FRAUD>
