5 Weeks ago I placed an order with Sassy & Chic Boutique via their Instagram page as instructed for a Floral Romper. They immediately responded confirming my order and issuing the invoice to me via email.
6 days later I get a Direct Message (DM) from Sassy & Chic Boutique that my order had been cancelled due to nonpayment. This was the same day I received my paycheck and paid the order once it was restored.
7 days after making my $48.95 purchase, I received another DM from Sassy & Chic Boutique stating that they did not receive payment from me. My online bank statement showed the funds withdrawn from my account and sent to Brandee Kendle. I sent the screenshot of this proof to Sassy & Chic Boutique.
2 weeks later, I received another DM from Sassy & Chic Boutique asking me to validate my address.
I asked "isn't the address on the order?" Sassy & Chic Boutique responds with "No. Need Confirmation and that they are trying to ship, please send address and name for tracking.
I informed them that my identity was recently compromised and that I don't give my personal information out anymore. Besides, all of that information was entered at the time of order. I informed them that if this would stop the delivery to refund my money. Sassy & Chic Boutique quickly responded with "Hello, our system does not give us your address. So we ask for the address."
I reiterated that I would not give out my address and to issue me a refund for $48.95. I have not heard from this person/company in 2 weeks.
I work hard for my money and have a large family to maintain. This was something to get for myself which I rarely do. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM BRANDEE KENDLE OR SASSY & CHIC BOUTIQUE. THEY HAVE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES. THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING FROM AN 'ONLINE BOUTIQUE'.
