I joined the company Sass N Frass as affiliate boutique owner. Upon refering a new affiliate boutque owner and her purchase of a kit, mt back office showed that a total of $75 commissions were due to be paid to me. The following day, it only showed $25 was owed to me. I was then informed that I would not be paid commissions for the kit that was purchased. Commissions are to be paid out daily with this company, however I was never paid. I looked again in my back office and it showed that no commissions were due to be paid to me. I inquired multiple times as did my sponser to find out what was going on. Neither of got any answers. After paitiently waiting for three months for this matter to be resolved, I contacted the company adminstration to close my affiliate account and ask that the commissions that were owed to me be paid in full. I then received some extremely nasy emails in response. This company is also using a false image that is NOT me to represent me on my affiliate website! I adivse anyone who is in direct sales to avoid this company!

Sass N Frass owner rude and judgemental

Marrisa Jones called me a deadbeat mother for not having my children and using my husbands paypal account since I don't have my own. The conversation started because she wanted me to change the name on my backoffice to my facebook name which is not my legal name and this did not sound legal to me in the least. I asked if I changed the names how would the taxes be in my name. She just screamed at me for not doing what she said, it was another employee who informed me that a lot of employees use nicknames on their back office. Either way I got deactivated for not doing what I was told, and did not receive the pay out for the new affiliate who joined under me. I am ashamed to have worked for that company

Seriously?

Marissa probably wanted you to change your rep name so that people would recognize who you were for sales purposes and "branding". And slandering her without evidence to back up is just as wrong as her "allegedly" calling you a deadbeat. I am certain there is more to the story and time to move on...and hopefully you have. But, 2 wrongs do not make a right. I have worked from home for other companies before and this is by far the easiest so far. She is running a small business that is growing, and she has tons of reps who are very happy with her and the company. I hope you found peace in your life and a job that suits you well.

SassNFrass one of the best I have worked for!

In the short time I have been with the company, I have found the owner, and my upline rep to be extremely helpful. Having done work at home sales in the past, I knew it was up to ME to take on this venture and if I wanted money, I had to earn it, by working for it. The owner is very kind and unlike other companies, there are a lot of incentives and giveaways. In fact within my first week, I won a knife set! Second week I won "sassy cash" to use on stock items. If I have concerns, I can address them and they are handled professionally and in a timely fashion. Sadly, there will be those who do not get the concept that this is a BUSINESS and not a get-rich-quick scam. The above comments are probably people that have either never done independent sales or do not like following rules. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone!
