Faulty product

Attention service department,

I am emailing you in regards to the following item below. It was a Christmas gift from my husband which he bought on line without seeing actual product, only a photo. Your company was recommended by our Jewler here in Orlando. I wore the bracelet on Christmas Day for 4 hours. When I took the original bracelet off it was crimped. It disturbed me that after 4 hours of wearing that it was not in perfect condition and the product was made of too soft of gold. Of course I was heart broken. I spoke with Jacqueline on the phone. I explained to her my concerns about the crimped gold and also about the safety latch. She explained to me how to return bracelet fir a refund. I followed all of her instructions. I made it clear I wanted a refund not another bracelet. That was what we had agreed on the phone. Then at my door another bracelet was delivered, to my surprise. I was waiting from your company to deposit the refund to my bank but nothing had been refunded. It’s not like I can waste 700.00 on a product I’m not pleased with. When delivered , no note was in package explaining why thus bracelet was sent. I was upset needless to say because I do not like or want this bracelet. Now this bracelet is way too big to wear. It can come off without me unlatching it. It will cost me more money to have it fitted correctly. I read on your website, the warranty would be nullified if another Jewler was to work on it. I am requesting to have a label sent to this email for me to print and return the bracelet. I followed all of the instructions given to me on the phone. I paid 95 to have it insured and sent to you. This bracelet has never been worn. I tried it on because my husband wanted me to see if this one was better. He wanted me to have a nice gift for Christmas. It did not fit. It has been sitting on his dresser. I asked him to take care of contacting you but he failed to do so. I called today and expressed my concerns. I was directed to your department with an order number associated with purchase. Please remit to my request as soon as possible. My husband and I work daily. It is not like we can attend to this at a whim or contact you during the day while teaching to handle this situation. That is why during my break I returned bracelet when I was off for Christmas break. Now I’m having to deal with this at 10 pm at night. I will be waiting for your reply within the next 48 hours

The return policy is 30 days from the time you receive the item. The first time you sent back an item damaged and we made an exception and replaced it. You are over the 30 days return policy. We can only make an exception and exchange the item.

I called to express my concerns. It had not been 30 days. The conversation was not well received. He said I damaged the bracelet. He compared it to buying a car and damaging it and then returning it. Lol

Don’t purchase from this company.

I am fighting for my refund. It’s a scam product.

I purchased what Sarraf advertised as a 14K gold Herringbone chain. Initialy everything seemed legit however as I wore the necklace it started to rust. It was not legit. It was fake. I took it to my local jeweler and they confirmed it to me. This company is not a safe trustworty place to buy gold even with their so called low prices and coupon codes. You are not getting real gold from them. They are not legit. They have some posers on YouTube that they must pay to try to convince their products are real however they are not. I am not the only one that got scammed from sarraf. Moreover it was such a problem when I called them back to try and get my money back. Never again will I deal with Sarraf.com. ..and I never write reviews.

I will never shop with this company again. I placed an order and the company charged me right away. About a week later I called because I hadn't received tracking or any communication from the company. So when I called, the rude woman who answered put me on hold for about 5 minutes. When she came back she told me that she had to transfer me to someone else. The person she transferred me to could not find my order and told me that she needed to call me back. Anyway, no body called me back that day. I called again the next day and spoke with the same rude woman. She was able to pull up my order and told me that the chain I ordered had been discontinued. So basically this company charged me for something that I was never going to receive. Nobody contacted me. No calls or emails from the company. The woman on the phone was rude and didn't even apologize. She then told me that I would be refunded within the hour. Nope, no refund. It took me 4 days of calling these people everyday for them to refund me my money.
