Enclosed you will find the two parts you sent to me recently, which are incorrect items.
The parts I originally ordered through John at Saratoga Classics, phone 877. 276. 7278, order #122938, ordered on 10/22/19, should be Cover, L. Hood Hinge, 74261-SM4-000, for a 1990 Honda Accord coupe
(see enclosures).
It looks like the parts you sent me are actually the metal hinges themselves - not the COVERS to the hinges. Please reimburse me as follows:
$35.00 For the Incorrect Parts
+8.00 For My Return Shipping Costs
$43.00 TOTAL REIMBURSEMENT
From a recent phone conversation with John at Saratoga Classics, he agreed to credit my account once you receive the returned parts and then credit John’s account. John has already credited me his $20.00 portion of this returned sale (see enclosures).
Ordered a part from this company on 2-9-18 they advised I would have the part the following Thursday on 2-15-18 it did not arrive. So on Saturday the 17th I sent a text asking for an eta on the part. I received a e-mail advising they would reply on Monday 2-19-18 it never came.
I sent e-mails everyday after trying to get an eta on this part as my car was not functioning. I never received an answer until on the morning of the 22nd I ask them to refund my money and I would take my business else where then I received this email from them:
We will refund your money minus 30.00 for shipping part back(when it had not been sent)15.oo restocking fee for a total of 45.00 the part cost 90.00 so all I would recieve back is half of what I paid for something they did not supply. This was the morning of the 22nd.
Now also on the morning of the 22nd I received an e-mail from them telling me the part was there did I want them to ship it to me? So the part was always there maybe but still to refund my money they wanted to keep 30.00 for shipping fees.
Also on the morning of the 22nd I received serveral rude phone calls, text, and emails from their sales dept.
