Sarah Wong aka Sarah Elizabeth Boundy Wong accuses us of harassing her and being racist because SHE FAILED TO PAY HER BILL ON TIME! Sarah Wong was almost $500 in the rears on her monthly pool service. We called and texted a couple of times each month as we do anyone who is behind on their payments and we are lawfully entitled to do! Sarah was extremely pugnacious when we finally made contact, argumentative claiming she has a "credit card stored on file". Which we explained to her just because you used a credit card ONCE in the past when we had to chase her down when she was four months behind doesn't give us permission to debit her card arbitrarily whenever we feel like it. She had no authorization form on file or a record of permission to debit her card. When we asked for permission to debit the card when she was almost $500 past due, AGAIN, her reply is " I am not authorizing auto payments.
Please check your records." Then claims she has a different balance than we provided, though we mail invoices MONTHLY and provided her accounting from the day to service started to date. We asked for payment again, Sarah Wongs reply is "Is this really how you do customer service?" Sorry Sarah, it is YOU who failed to pay. We come consistently like clock work each and every single week. Then Sarah Wong goes on to write "I will be filing a complaint for harassment." We have every right to call those who do not pay on time!! Then Sarah Wong comments "Maybe you think that because my last name is Asian-derived that you can harass me?"
So now we are not only harassing her because she does not pay on time, doesn't grasp the concept of payments being due each and every single month like a utility bill or a mortgage payment but insinuates we are racist!!?? Our IMMEDIATE reply was: "SERVICE TERMINATE TODAY 7/5." And provided her new PAST DUE BALANCE! Sarah immediately goes online to besmirch our company, insult our staff and write a libelous defamatory review. Our company attorney sent her a certified letter and advised Sarah we ill pursue litigation for her comments, loss of business, attorneys fees, etc.
