A family moved into this house with broken windows, and both bathroom sinks in the master bedroom were broken. Integrity refused to replace it for at least seven months, replacing only one sink and the other was rusted and leaking. For several years only one sink worked, and they refused to fix the other one. Integrity showed them the house with working, decent sinks, and toilets. They removed it with broken, rusted small sinks and toilets when it was time to move in. The shower ceiling leaked when it rained, and the bathroom sink pipes leaked for years, and Integrity refused to fix it.

The roof leaked for years, and they would patch it up after three months of raining in the house. Roofer stated the rooftop was in horrible and unsafe conditions and needed replacing for at least $30k as the attic roof ceiling was molded. The floor pipes would swell up and break the tiles, Integrity never fixed it and after months, sent a floor tile company to replace broken flooring without fixing pipes under house due to infrastructure damage, stated the flooring company?? frogs and lizards started coming into the house through broken pipes under the house as house was built on top of a swamp. THE ELECTRICAL BOX WIRES WERE CROSSED, CAN'T USE SOCKETS BECAUSE OF LACK OF VOLTAGE. NO AIR CONDITIONERS OR CEILING FANS AS THE HOUSE IS NOT WIRED FOR IT. LIVING ROOM WINDOWS CAN'T OPEN, WHICH IS A HAZARD!!!

BUYER AND TENANT BEWARE!!!! The HOUSE IS A DEATH TRAP AND A MONEY PIT!!!. The basement is full of mold and large foundation wall cracks that when it rains, the water comes in constantly. You can't open the window due to Integrity building a wall for the owner's junk to be stored on the other side of the basement where the window is, and the tenant can't get to it to open it to air out the moisture and mold. A HOUSE TO BE CONDEMNED!!! THE INGROUND POOL WAS REMOVED WITHOUT PROPER PERMITS FOR DEMOLITION, PER THE CODE ENFORCER AT THE TOWNSHIP AND DEPT. OF HEALTH WAS GIVEN A REPORT ABOUT THE UNHEALTHY AND UNSAFE CONDITIONS AND DID NOTHING!! BUYER AND TENANT BEWARE!!!! FAILED INSPECTIONS!!!

They just painted the walls again, put new floors over the old floors (family & living room has 3 layers of flooring, the kitchen has the luxury vinyl floor tiles placed on top of broken concrete flooring due to pipes under kitchen floor swelling up and buckling in 2020 winter. They put the floor on top in April 2021. But the frogs will still come through the pipes, because they took down a pool a few years ago without proper demolition and permits, per Code officer at East Fishkill Township.

The roof was not replaced, as it had many holes and leaks. The master bedroom bathroom ceiling over the tiny shower, leaked water from the roof, but they plastered it and painted it again, and replaced the tiny shower. Oh, they sealed the extra room in the master bedroom behind the bathroom door, with plaster and a wall?? Again, floors in the master bedroom bugled with strong winds, by the air conditioner. They painted the house, and put in cosmetic appliances and fixtures, but this house is sinking, as it's built on top of a SWAMP!!!! Buyer beware. The realtors Know this and continue to list it ....THIS IS A DANGEROUS PROPERTY AND CULDESAC TO LIVE IN. IT'S SINKING FAST!!!!AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE!!!
