This issue has been ongoing with Santa Motors since November 2, 2016 and I pulled off the lot on November 1, 2016. But I've been complaining about the life threatening mechanical issues with my vehicle. The financing was rigged. I was told the car was $9,999 but I'm paying to financed $19,277.97 & pay $338.42 a month on a Lemon. Since I pulled off the lot my car was in a transmission shop from November 2016 - January 2017. Because I was telling them about my tire sound funny, my car would stop in mid traffic and jerks and the accelerates from 25 - 65 mph within a second. I was contacting them repeatedly kept getting run around, oh take it to our repair shop on Clinton Ave. Took it there engine light came on it was something with the transmission so took it to a transmission shop they had it for a few month trying to figure out the issue. Finally after it being in there, went up to Santa Motors and finally got a hold of Mary & Joe the owners, Joe called the transmission shop and act like he gave a sh*t. He tells me they said it might be my computer system. So he gave me a loaner that had issues as well and finally got my car out the shop after 2 1/2 months and the same issues was still reoccurring. They ended up rebuilding my whole transmission. So I bring it right back to Joe and he like its fine, I said no its not its still the same issue. My engine light came back on I took it back to transmission shop to get the codes and tell what they was, they gave me run around about the codes because they knew something serious and more expensive wrong with it. But they called Joe and told him what they was. But I took it to my mechanic and they told me the exact issues. I had a computer issue my ECM needed to be replaced asap. Did they fix it hell nah I did $1200. I left Mary emails after emails no response and till to this day I have major issues not minor major and expensive. Motor problems, catalytic Converters, etc... Didn't want to give me my money back said its my car now... So now going to sue them... Its more about what I've been through this is just the half.
