I ordered some scented car fresheners with her dolls and they just sent me a tracking number and it said that it was delivered in my mail box and I have never received my package I spent 90$ for what I ordered now I feel like I was scammed and the artist gives no damns for her orders.
Placed order for an instock wallet on 10/18/2017, was charged $100 immidiately and was sent a tracking number. Followed up numerous times since then and keep receiving the same message saying that they will get back to me. Tried tracking the wallet every week since and it shows it's still at the original location. It was never shipped. I wanted to give this as a gift for Xmas and 2 months is plenty of time to get the item in time! Do not order from Sand One. She is rude and could give a rats a** about her customers. All she cares about is getting her money and spending it!
