We had a technician go on-site and update firmware and drivers on an HP Printer and drivers on one laptop. After this work was done Karina was able to get two other laptops updated and working without assistance, so she thinks she should have to pay for the work performed by the on-site technician. It would be kind to say that she didn't understand that she would not have been able to do so if the technician had't resoved the issues with the HP Printer, but I'm sure she knows this, she just doesn't want to pay her bill. She complete ignors the fact that he updated the printer and one laptop and got it to print without issue. Don't do business with this person or her companies - total deadbeat!
