Here is my experience with this place, take from it what you want.
I walked in ready to get my haircut, this is the second time I visit this place so I already knew I was gonna get a good haircut since my first haircut there was great. As soon as I sat down I noticed the lady that cut my hair wasn't there so I asked where she was, and the manager lady who also cuts hair told me she's no longer with them, but not to worry all of their barbers are professional. She seemed confident so I sat down waiting for my turn.
It took about 10 minutes for my turn to come which is fine since I was looking through a bunch of magazines that had nothing to do with hair. Anyway as I sit on the stool and began telling my barber what haircut I wanted, the manager lady interrupts and tells me that this gentleman is not equipped to cut my hair, and that she is the best and she will take care of me. I was shocked but I said okay as long as you're good because my hair is thin and I am very careful with how I cut it to keep it looking the way I like it. So I walk back to the waiting chairs and start reading a bunch of people magazines that had less to do with hair and even lesser to do with 2015.
Finally it's my turn, I get up and as i'm about to sit in the manager lady's stool, another customer came in and was scheduled to get his haircut by her, so she just told him to wait like 5 minutes. I was terrified when I heard 5 minutes. It has never taken me 5 minutes to get a haircut and I don't intend on starting now. So I started telling her how I want my hair to be cut, and literally less than two seconds into opening my mouth she was already telling me she's got this and don't worry lets begin. I can tell she is rushing so I grab my phone out of my pocket as she hastily began buzzing my hair off from the back without consideration of anything I began to say. I pull up my phone and find the picture of the haircut I wanted as to ensure she got the message, and this RUDE TALKATIVE lady started making a fuss in front of other client's about how she's got it and not to worry. I stop her and tell her she needs to give me a line on my sides and she rudely again starts jabbering about how I originally wanted something else?!!!! How dare her after interrupting over 3 times tell me that's not what I wanted?! I didnt get a chance to tell you what I want.
Eventually I told her to stop buzzing the back of my hair as she continued to buzz it while arguing with me leaving me with highway intersection streets in the back of my head as she proved her point on what I originally wanted to being what I now want, (less than 1 minute in the haircut). Next she starts telling me I gave her a headache and she doesn't want to cut my hair anymore after I told her twice to stop buzzing off my hair! It felt wrong! I knew that machine was going too high to my scalp when I wanted a nice line.
So I get up and try to pay to make sure she doesn't have anything on me since I didn't want this lady thinking I owed her anything and I left. She kept talking smack on my way out to the other customers about how she knows how to cut hair and doesn't need to be told what to do.
Overall, I don't want to say everyone is bad in this place, but she definitely won't be getting any of my business. The last lady that cut my hair over there allowed me to tell her what I wanted, and then she confirmed it to me, and then she began cuttting. I can tell that she was cutting my hair in a rush to try to squeeze as many clients in a day but that will only get you so far before you start burning off more bridges. I will be telling all my friends and family about this horrible experience since that is all I can do.
Thanks for nothing, and I can't wait for my official report against you people with pictures of the streaks on the back of my head. That should at least do something to your ability to operate which will make it up to me after this day filled with disrespect when a barber should make a person feel new again.
