Barbara mumby identifies with various native american indian tribes. For the past two years, she used ccsf computers to post on facebook about the next meeting concerning the removal of early days-a portion of the pioneer monument located at the civic center in san francisco.
Mumby thrieghtned a public speaker in the hallway after the june 2018 hearing.
She claimed she was an investigator with the manhattan district attorney's office but could not produce id to verify her claim. She lied under public comment. She claimed she was, "a long time san francisco resident" and failed to disclose she worked for the sfac.
Mumby threightned william clark, the founder of the street artist program.
In an email, she demanded that clark address anne trickey as mx. Anne trickey.
Id he did not, she would revoke his permit. She cited fake ca government codes.
Mumby revoked jeff potter's street artist permit because he walked though a doorway at the same time as potter.
