I have been in foreclosure since January 2014. I noticed the signature on the bank note was not mine. I hired (3) different document examiners from the internet. All were in the TOP 10 in the Nation. Their adds build them up to be expert witness and court qualified. I paid out $3000 to (3) different examiners for a affidavit to file with the court to defendant the banks action to foreclose. It worked in a motion for summary judgement. But then a trial was set and I could only get (1) of the (3) I hired to commit to a court appearance. One said she was busy in trial on another case but I paid her for a supplemental report which cost me another $900. The documenrt examiner that appeared in court charge me $2,200.00 for the single court appearance and a su[pplemental report. But when the banks lawyer question her about her Vitre it was discovered she had no qualifing experience and was a fake and held herself out to be a court qualified document examiner and expert.
The banks lawyer objected and the Judge kick her out of the trial. The judge continued the case for a few weeks to allow me time to get another examiner in court that was in trial in another state. Turns out, the the other examiner was also trained by the same school that is not accredited and even though she claims no court experience she now is not responding to my request and is mute. They both trained under Curt Bagget, and Bart Bagget.
Both these examiners were trained under the Bagget's school of Vitre.
I really though WENDY DID GOOD WORK, but the court may not accept her work and if this happens I will loose my case. I have asked her to appear but no commitment as of yet. I have paid Wendy a total of $1,493.00 for an affidavit and a supplemental affidavit and have offer her $3,000 to appear in court and defend her prior work but no commitment.

I really think Brenda Petty does very good work and she is very detailed and a deticated well informed person and knows her kraft as good as any government trained Forensic Document Examiner. But when the banks lawyer called her to the stand, he started reading epics from Curt Bagget and Bart Bagget and case histories where the lawyer claimed they were fake and discredited them. Made Brenda look like she was nothing and unworthy to be a court expert witness. The banks lawyer had his governemrt trained document examiner ther and his name was Thomas Vastrick. Vastrick supplied the lawyer with defamable information on the Bagget's school and claimed the were fake and unwoorthy to train any student in the field.
Now Mr. Thomas Vastrick is another story. His Vitre is a mile long he claims he is accredited by the ABFDE and has worked for the postal service and the U.S. Government. But in Mr. Vastrick's reprot and affidavit he List Q1 and Q2 wrong. In his appendices he has Q1 as the bank note and Q2 as the mortgage. However, in his work pages he has Q1 as the mortgage and Q2 as the bank note. But 6 days later he submits a corrected supplemental report and affidavit where he switches Q2 to Q1 and corrects his mistake. However, he never changed any of his responses leaving them the same as the first report which made every response a misreprensentation of fact and basically lies to the court on every comment. When I cross examiner him on the witness stand, he agreed he had made a mistake and switched the Q1 and Q2 questioned documents. When I asked him did he change any of his responses his repl was that he does not remember. I excused him as an expert witness. I exclaimed to the court that at lease Brenda Petty, was able to to determine Q1 from Q2 but Thomas Vastrick cannot.
Should the court disqualify Mr. Thomas Vastrick form being an expert witness. I really think something is wrong here.
Well I spent at total of $4,643.00 on expert document examiners. I can tell you from experience they are like hearding a nest of serpents with a broom handle.
I can't decide where to sure them or not. I really thought Carlson and Petty were both exelent document examiners and both did very good work. But the court rejected Brenda Petty on heresay and her training was not as she claimed even though she did exelent work in my opinion. So did Wendy Carlson.
I would recomend that if anyone is in foreclosure to not use an expert witness because they are a trap which will take your money and issue reports and if you can even get one to appear in court they will likely not be qualified to be accepted as an expert witness and if this happens your case is lost.
