This company agreed to do a drawing for me. They quoted me $80.00 which I had to pay upfront. The next day they email me trying to get meto pay again but I sent them a copy of the receipt so after doing that they waited another day before contacing me again. Same thing and I told them I'm not paying again. Another day passes and they sent me the drawing but it was missing the labeling that I specifically told them to include. Since 3/7/21 I have been trying to get them to do the revision and every day they tell me ok it will be done tomorrow.
Last evening 3/11/21 they called me and said it would be done that night and at the latest 3/12/21. It still hasn't happened. I've emailed them numerous times and also put in a dissatisfaction form on their website a few times as well as a call back request. Everytime I put one in all they do is put resolved and close the ticket. I think this company is a SCAM.
