I am writing to express my complete dissatisfaction with the quality of services provided to Brazilian customers by your company. I have experienced a series of disappointments that have left me utterly displeased, and I have no intention of ever purchasing from you again.
My delivery was returned by the Brazilian Federal Revenue due to your inaccurate product description. It has been almost a year since I placed the order, and the product still hasn't arrived. To make matters worse, I received a generic copy-paste response on your website, which further demonstrates your lack of care for customers' concerns.
I am appalled by the negligence and lack of professionalism displayed by SamedaySupplements. Not only have I been deprived of the benefits of the product, but I have also wasted my time and money on a company that fails to deliver on its promises.
I want to express my strong disapproval and disappointment in your services. As a result of this regrettable experience, I will not be making any future purchases from SamedaySupplements.
I have been a customer of the store for some time and all my purchases have always been delivered correctly. Occurs that in my last order something went wrong (Order # 201228717). I only received part of the purchase, one item was not sent. The company told me the following about it: "As our internal investigation indicates the package was shipped including all of the items ordered, we ask that you contact the local post office in Brazil to file a claim". So the company's policy is as follows: if there is ever a problem with your order the company won´t do anything about it. The customer who bears the loss, unbelievable.
I bought 3 supplements (Nitraflex Pre-workout) at the alleged company in 9/28/2016 in a total of U$ 102,94 with shipping method of 10-30 days. Until now, MORE than 90 days of the purchase, I didn't receive the items and despite of countless attempts of resolve this issue, the company simply gives me vague answers like: "don't worry. You'll receive it for sure".
I tried to contact them and asked for a refund but even this they do not care and do not give any attention or credit.
I STRONGLY recommend that if you - reader - are thinking to buy with them, please, FORGET ABOUT it. Go to supplementedge.com or pay a little bit more and buy from SERIOUS companies like bodybuilding.com.
