They will be more than happy to sell you a tuner that will not work and then completly ignore you after you say there is a problem.
Things happen but when they company wont even respond to fix the problem that is unacceptable. Now I have to file a credit card dispute to get my money back since nobody will answer the phone or email

Bought a tuner. Have issues and they have yet to fix the problem. I’ve been about 2 months trying to resolve the problem. They don’t even return my calls now. For what I paid, I should get some service. Do not buy from these people. You will get screwed.
They have told me many, many times that they would be calling me back to resolve the situation of
an exhaust system I bought from SDT but was actually made by a different company called P1. SDT had me take pictures of where I measured the exhaust connection to show them it didn't fit correctly.
I sent them to Dan but never heard back from him. Now I am out the cost of the shop time for the mechanic to do the measurements with a caliper plus the cost of the equipment they sold me.
I can not get them to refund the $874 I paid them even though the exhaust connection will not fit and nothing was ever installed or modified. They told me several times that they would send me a return shipping label but then failed to do that.
These guys are a complete rip off. The system they sent me did not fit at the v clamp and they quit responding to email after I sent them pictures showing why it didn't fit. Had to resort to resolution via PayPal
Ordered my EFI Live from then and the 5 tune knob. Came out UNFCKINGBELIEVEABLE !!! Transmission shifts way smoother, truck is more responsive, quicker, saved me 6mpg also. Love my truck now!
