I'm wanting to know if anyone ever received their purchase???
I ordered a blanket for my daughter. Not only did I not receive the product... they will not even reply to my concerns. I have contacted them on four occasions via their website “Contact Us” tab. Probably just lost $100 to another scammer!
I ordered some blankets for christmas... never gave me an update.. tried to contact them many times
I haven’t received my blanket I ordered before Christmas they said it shipped 1/9/2019 still haven’t seen it!! It’s now 1/29/19
My Husband ordered the lighted crochet hooks on Jan 7th and we cant seem to get an anwer as to where the product is.
Said allow 3-4 weeks delivery and it has now been 7 weeks.
They charged us immediately for the product and got emails to confirm the order but it seems like we have been taken
for scam.
I have not been able to find a customer service number. I only found an email address.
Can you help to uncover this as a scam or legit?
Don’t order from Sam’s. It took over two months for me to receive the blanket I ordered. When I finally received it, the quality was horrible. I learned my lesson not to order from places I never heard of before. There was no packaging info to even return it. A total waste of money.
I've ordered a crochet and it is about $60 dollars. It has been three week. I emailed and asked when I could receive my order and they just said it would tak a while, nothing further. I cannot ever cancel the order.
Ordered LED crochet hooks on 1/1/17. Sent several inquiries and received canned responses about being back logged due to the holidays and allowing 3-4 weeks for shipping. It's been well over 2 months with no communication or order being received. Last email sent was yesterday, no reply. Jeff is the name of the individual who replies to my previous inquiries. I was charged for the hooks.
I ordered 2 sets of lighted crochet from Sams special offers and paid 84.85 dollars with my credit card which has been billed. The ordered was placed 1/2/17. I would like my money returned as they've had plenty of time to send this order. Very disppointed.

I placed an order on January 2. Payment via PayPal was deducted from my account on January 4. Payment in the amount of 44.90 went to "She's got to have it" on January 4. I contacted their customer support on 3 different occasions asking information about when my order will be sent. I have never received any shipping information. It's been 24 days since i ordered. I don't even have an estimated delivery date. This company took my money from my bank 20 days ago. I would really like the product i ordered and paid for. But i fear I've been scammed. Please help!

Ordered a chunky blanket and never got it said they were working on it it's been since last Dec
I ordered the bulky blanket on Cyber Monday and just received it on Jan 30! I emailed and emailed them and never had any response! The blanket is a joke! It looks like a bunch of cotton balls that have been knitted together! I’ve learned a lesson from ordering from websites that look legit but are truly a scam! They don’t even deserve the one star for bad! Worst ever!
