My husband and I rented a room for our wedding and reception. He and my husband did most of the talking. Wilson the owner told my husband that we would receive keys approx 2 days before the day of event. He also said in a later conversation that we would have a Dj and decorator both of which fell through so that left my aunt and her friend to decorate as well as cook as originally agreed upon. Less than a week before the wedding; Wilson calls my husband to tell him that he rented the room out Friday night. The day before the wedding and we wouldn't be able to access the room until 11am Saturday and the ceremony was at 4pm. My husband told Wilson numerous times that 11am was no acceptable. Wilson told my husband if we can't deal with being able to access the room until 11am we were more than welcome to find a different place and he would refund the $400 that my husband put towards the place. We have yet to see a refund. I know for a fact that my husband isn't the only victim. I have tried to talk to this guy but he tries to act like he only speaks Spanish which is a lie. How could you campaign for the franklin county sheriff who was running for mayor if you can't speak a lick of English. He will also say he did business with my husband and needs to talk to him but he won't answer his calls. Something needs to be done about him. I'm sure he has ripped off countless people but a lot of the people he serves are illegally here and therefore are afraid to take action.
