I have a recorded phone conversation of the owner of Bella Vi and I. I got my hair done at this salon to fix a mildly brassy blonde shade, and my hair is now very orange/yellow/brassy after washing. The owner tried to blame my "so silver” shampoo for washing out the color I just had done. The owner contradicted herself and said "so silver” is good to use when your hair is all white.
It was all white upon me leaving the salon so that doesn’t make sense. I’ve also been using this shampoo for years and never has it stripped my color. To add to that, I have texts from the lady who did my hair saying my hair isn’t keeping color because it is porous. They keep coming up with excuses why my hair lost color saying first it’s the shampoo, then because it is porous.
Also, not understanding why the hair stylist Brittany did my hair and said she could get it the color I wanted to attain if it is porous. She should of refused to do it. They said if I needed it re-toned or fixed I would have to pay, but I just paid over $200 for it to look worse than before I went here. They will not fix it or refund me my money when my hair looks orange.
My hair looks ruined. I ended up hanging up with the owner because I have her on recording clearly stating I can use the shampoo with the color I had leaving the salon, so it is not the shampoo at fault for why my color looks this way. I plan on taking them to small claims court.
