Saw a report on Facebook about this I'm monitor oil. About how it made you not get sick. Ordered a trial bottle. A month later received another bottle and had charged my credit card 69.95+ 4.95 shipping and handling. Called the company and they offered to pay 50% back. I threw a fit and demanded all of my money back . They put me on hold and she came back on there and said they would refund my money if I shipped back the product.

In June 0f 2015 I used my credit card to pay for shipping in the amount of $4.95 for a FREE SAMPLE of SalisImmunity Essential Oil Blend. I authorized no further purchases or charges to my account. In July on the ist ans 31 st, my charge account was twice charged for two more purchases of SalisImmunity Essential Oils Blend. Both charges were for $69.95 for a total of nearly $140.00. I was totally SCAMMED. I called for correction and they refused to help and continually argued that I had authorised the recurring charges. They would not refund the charges to my account and refused to give the name of the owner of the company nor would they provide a mailing address other then to keep referring me to the internet. I contacted my bank and they are pursuing my claim of FRAUDULANT charges.

To cancel future shipments of the Salis Essential Oils in the auto-ship program, you must call 1-800-840-3768 at least 1 day
prior to the date that the next monthly delivery ships.
The same exact thing happened to me! Total scam..bait and switch. No where does it state that you are buying a subscription.

I bought this product online, I got my trial size and was unaware that they automatically send you out another bottle for $69.95 & the only reason why I noticed was because I called the bank wondering why there was an outrageous charge from this company and it turns out you are on automatic repay or reorder. I was LIVID called my bank and they called the company while I was on the phone with them & pretty much they said it been shipped out to me so that's why I was being charged for the bottle after I told them I didn't order another bottle and Kyle told me I can open the box when it arrives in 2 days, call them and they will walk me through the process and for some reason I feel once I open it i t will remain mine even if I fill out the proper paperwork so I am just planning on refusing the package and hoping I get my money back but from the sounds of it I'm out of pocket $69.95 + shipping and handling AND returning charges so lesson learned from me DON'T BUY THIS PLEASE!!!! I HAVE ALREADY TALKED WITH MY BANK & BLOCKED THEM FROM FURTHER CHARGING MY CARD!
I had the same experience as the people who posted before me. I ordered the trial for 4.95 and two weeks later received another bottle and charged 69.95. Will give me only 50% back.
I ordered a 4.95 sample size, apparently it was a trial,. Then 2 weeks later I was charged 69.95 for another trial. When I went to the website to see where it said anything about it being a trial offer, it would not come up.... I called customer support hopefully it stops, however it seems extremely unethical, to people on limited incomes.
I TOTALLY AGREE with previous message. I ordered the free bottle and saw within 3 weeks, a charge on my card for $69.95 and call that day and told them I did not authorize it. They said they would refund and cancel. I never got another shipment yet the credit card is being recharged after they removed it. SCAMMMED. My computer will not let me go to their website due to malicious site.
Immunity oils to get rid of colds, is addvertized all over facebook. They offer a sample bottle of oil for 4.95 shipping. They then send you another bottel of oil and charge your card $69.95 for it!! First of all it does not work!! When you call them back to coplain they say it is your fault for not cancelling. There is nothing telling you to cancel on the web site at all. I wound up keeping the second bottel of oil for $20, and they are suposed to reimberse my card for $49.95. I have yet to see any money from them.
This company deserves no stars.This is not just a scam it's a nightmare.
This has been a NIGHTMARE company to deal with! Go on amazon or your nearest health food store and avoid ordering direct from this company! I received the trial and they decided to charge me $140.00 and I received NOTHING after two months. When I called my bank we did a three way calling and they claimed to have sent me a full size bottle which I never received. They told me that they would credit me 50% of my money and that has been over 3 weeks! They told me to send back the other bottle and I would receive a full credit minus shipping. Still haven't received anything and they are still charging me! I posted this complaint on Facebook and they blocked me!!! I will be sure to post this everywhere and on every website. I work with the media, so I think we may do an investigative story on them.
If one cancels in time there is no problem, but it was stated that it would be AUTOSHIP every month!

They say it's free that you just pay for shipping. They keep charging you without authorization. Do not buy the product!!!!
I cannot get them to stop sending me bottles and charging my account. I did not sign up for a subscription for this product.

As the other reviews experiences, so is mine. I ordered the trail for $4.95 and they have been charging my account $69.95 for several months, right now I'm disputing the charges and hopefully I get the money back. On their original offer they never said anything about following charges, so I don't understand how they can get away with this.

I also signed up for a free trial. I was charged for each bottle they sent at $69.95. I wanted to stop the automatic shipment but there is no phone number on their website. I finally found their number on the internet: 1-800-840-3768. I called several times before my call went though to an actual person. I asked to cancel my subscription and they offered the product at half price. I declined. I will wait and see now if they actually stop the shipments and the billing.
This is really a shady company and I would not recommend the product to anyone.

If you could 1billion I would. I spoke with a man explained that I couldn't find the 14day cxl on the trial offer. I had to pay for the 1st bottle. Upsetting but wait...After canceling my account I received another bottle. Phoned they said I would receive a refund once they received the product back. NO REFUND ISSUED BUT I HAVE THE SIGNED RETURNED RECIPT. I then received another bottle of this useless product. I was given an email address for Corporate headquarters. Surprise the email came back to me no such account. I then sent 3 emails to the customer service listed. No response. I'm now going to speak to my attorney about this company. It's no longer the money it's the lack of ethics, values and morals this company DOESN'T HAVE!.

I just got off the phone with my credit card company. I ordered a product called "Immunity Blend" for free, all I had to do is pay $4.95 for shipping.
I received the oil at the beginning of November and just a couple days ago received another bottle of the same oil. I was like, okay maybe it's a mistake but after thinking about it I called my credit card company to find out if I was charged anything else by this company. Well, they charged me the initial $4.95 plus $69.95 TWICE! After complaining about this on the phone for about 20 minutes while my card company called essentail salis (who did not answer the call), they (my credit card company) are taking the whole charge of $139.90 off my bill and dealing with this company themselves. Whew!

You think you are trying their product for $4.95. Then, surprise! they are charging you $70 a month. You call them and ask them what the hell? And they say that the $70 is what the actual oil costs and if you want your refund you have to send the oil back. However, they can offer you a special deal ..So you won't have to send your oil back. They will refund you $49!
Instead of going through all the hassle, i just let them charge me 20 bucks. What a rip off what a joke!
