His business is blatantly lied not only to me about doing work on my car because he said he ran out of receipt and if I want labor charges reduced, was not gonna write me a receipt and not charge me tax (so he didn't want paper trail for IRS to collect tax on parts and labor)but also to his previous customers car that his workers worked on,if you don't believe me google it and make search on BBB of California website.
Don't fall victim of Francisco Salinas workers of mickey mouse repair.Eventualy he'll lie to agencies you file complaints to even if you can provide photo,call&text,bank receipts evidence clearly shows them working on your car sorry tell you Salinas shop owner are not gonna admit and take responsiblity for damages, switching your good car parts for bad one for obvious reason so that his shop can repeatedly rip you off.
I will go on to say if you tell anyone of his shaddy business practice, your complaint will go unresolved ultimately leaving your repair trouble/issue can not be resolved in an honest and fair manner, you"ll end up taking legal action because Bureau of Automotive Repair and B.B.B. hands are tied or refused to take action.Don't fall victim of his shaddy business practice.
