I was looking for a company to sell me qualifies leads and I wanted to check SalesTools.io. Just to try their software you need to enter your credit card, I was taken aback and almost gave up on it, but at the end decided to signup. After signing up I notice they were not certified by Google and asked to be canceled. They never did and they have been charging me twice a month for 129 since then and are refusing to refund me.
DON'T BE AS STUPID AS I WAS ON TRUSTING THEIR SERVICES.
This company offers a trial subscription but when you get to that page, it doesn't appear to be available. Then they create a phony image saying that I signed up for this service and submit it to me in an email. This company has many cases of fraud that can be found on multiple site reviews. However, I failed to do my research.
Now they are trying to send me to collections for a product I didn't want and refuse to pay for. In total, they are charging me almost $900 for 14 bad leads. I have to warn everyone to be afraid of this company. They have no business license in the U.S. and fake address in San Francisco. In order to remove the collections placed on me, I will have to take them to court.
They have a second website called Churnback that is an automoted collections company also run out of Romania. They then use Stripe for billing. This is a total scam and I got caught in it.
I entered the site and even for the trial plan, they asked me for my credit card. Okay, I wanted to know the solution and gave my card to them. Navigating the platform I found a tool that could be interesting to me and I understood the pricing policy in a wrong way, because the message was: $ 99 charged annually and I missed the $ 99 a MONTH.
I forgot that I gave my credit card details and decided to click to see the total amount and check if I would be charged 99 dollars x 12 months. Fact is that I was automatically charged without any confirmation and the total amount was 99x12 usd. I immediately sent an email asking for a refund, but the only response I got was: "we do not offer refund".
If they had charged me only a month, I'd test the platform to see if it works for me, but I do not have the interest to buy the annual license for something I'm not sure will work for my reality. I've made countless contacts, but the answer is always the same.
