As the director of marketing for an exterior company, we are always striving to use good technology. We were sold on salesrabbit as the best app for canvassing with all of this information about homeowners. The main reason we decided to go with salesrabbit is they told us that they could integrate with our CRM to streamline some processes.
After being sold, we worked with them to integrate, it appeared they had no idea what they were doing as this took 3 months of back and forth emails and phone calls and we typically had to try and get ahold of them multiple times before they would respond. During these 3 months, we were paying for a service we could not use. After the 3 months of frustration, we told the owner of salesrabbit that this was not going to work as salesrabbit said they could provide a service and turns out, they could not.
With never being able to use the service, I feel we should get all of our money back but they wouldn't do that. 6 months later we discover that salesrabbit is still charging us the full monthly amount of $144/month. Our card was charged a total of $1,155 from SalesRabbit. I called salesrabbit immediately and leave a voicemail. Salesrabbit ended up calling me back and saying that they cannot refund any money because we never canceled. He continued to look through email and never found one stating that we want to cancel. Well, that's because it was canceled over the phone. Salesrabbit refuses to refund our money for services that we never were able to use.
