125.00 continually taken out of my account and they will not respond to my call or email. Cant seem to get this cancelled. This is a SCAM- They will take your money and you will never see it again! The stores on the program are not high quality and none of them were stores that I used.
If you did not bring 3 people, you have to paid your membership with your own money, when you asked for refund they said they can not refund your money. We have been asking for a refund and they said just cancelled your membership. They refused to return the money they already stole!

The cashback money and referral mobey will go in to ewallet and it was impossible to get that money out. Always their site down and says site under maintenance. Please don't be fooled by these fraudsters! I was hoping everyone else who are victims of this saivian scam come forward and stop others go through what we did. We were promised 20% cash back on scanned receipts from stores that we registered on their site. This never happened. We were promised training by our upline, That never happened. I'm out lots of time and $375.00 that I paid in membership and have never been able to get a dime back. There was no training, nothing. I was informed by our upline that the company was considering pulling out of North America and that he had no idea what the future of the company was going to be. My membership dues were not accepted, my membershp lapsed, I'll never be able to get my refunds that they owe me. Its a total PONZI scheme. They are liars to the max, the tech support sucks, many people have been defrauded. STAY AWAY.

I have accumulated in excess of $2000 of redemptions coming to me but because of a "glitch" (their words) it has been nothing but a complete struggle and "run around" trying to get paid.
To date I have received, $875 of my redemption money. I'm not interested in referring anyone to "get three" for a free pass.
They have changed the payout process four times. Each time the process takes an extra 20-25 days to process payment.
The new platform just switched from Genie Cash Box to the Circa Pre-Paid card. Circa has informed me that the money needs to be loaded through Western Union, so another fee deduction.
I paid loyally and expect them to pay the redemptions on time and quickly, they have not done that.
Closing the account at this point would only forfeit any remaining money.
