I purchased an online education program through Sacred Centers that was to be released in a few weeks at the time of purchase. A month passes with no release and no updates. I sent an email requesting an update as to release date. No response. I sent a second email. Again, no response. I called the phone number provided on my purchase receipt. No response.
I finally sent an email stating I've had no response to my previous emails and felt it would be necssary to file a claim with my card. Finally, a response. I was told the course was still in development and would be released "soon." Suddenly, I began receiving information about the center, updates, etc. After waiting about 2 months, I receive an email that the course would be released. Okay.
I try to access the course and find there is no content - it's a blank page. I email for support, am told I'm the only one who sees no content, despite the page literally stating there's no content. I provided a screen shot showing this statement. Am told a new account would be created. Well, same issue - no content. Same statement, "there is no content."
After having absolutely no issues with any other website or program I've used, and I've used many propriatary platforms, websites, etc. professionally and personally, I can honestly say the issue is not with me or my computers. I tried multiple computers/devices and browsers with the exact same result. So, I'm out a few hundred dollars with nothing.
The course for which I paid was not delivered. My next step is to file a claim and report the business. Hoping this will resolve.
