SA fishing took my order online, charge my credit card via PayPal, and then did not ship anything. After 2 weeks, attempted at least 10 times to contact the company via (1) chat sessions 4 or 5 times on their website, none of which they responded to, and (2) via emails to the company directly. Initially I asked for a status, then switch to requesting a cancellation and refund, *REPEATEDLY*. No response.

I logged a negative entry in Yelp, filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of South Florida, and aised a complaint with PayPal. Finally, I disputed the charge with my bank and sent SA Fishing 1 last email and chat. In both of those, I requested again a cancellation and refund. I also advised that I was contacting the US Postal Service Inspectors and the Office of the Attorney General of Florida. With this last comment, they finally did email stating that they were not cancelling my order and refunding my money as requested, but were shipping the products anyway and I could contact them after receipt for a return authorization to return the products for a refund.

So, with the response received from them, they clearly had read my request to cancel my order and refund the amount paid, but they chose instead to ship the order anyway. This is part of their business model, or so it seems, take orders for products they cannot ship, delay and fail to communicate, refuse to cancel orders and refund charges, and hope buyers are so frustrated they will simply go away.

Site Jabber dot com had more than 230 similar complaints, and any google search of SA Fishing results in overwhelmingly negative experiences, comments, and report. If you do business with this company, do so with the expectation that they will take your money as quickly as possible, do everthing they can to avoid you, and then ship their product in spite of repeated attempts to contact them to cancel the order.

1) SA Fishing lists no phone number on their website or on the initial order acknowledgement email.

2) SA Fishing has a customer service page on their website with a chat client but they do not respond to it.

3) SA Fishing, having clear instructions to cancel and order, will ignore those requests and ship anyway.

4) The overwhelming list of complaints on the Internet is an indictment of SA Fishing being a rip-off company if there ever was one.

Economy shipping takes between 1-4 business days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped. Shipping can take up to 2 business days, 99% of the time we ship within 12 hours. Ther are lots of reviews and almost all positive ones are 5star and I think they are planted.

I ordered the product on Jan 2, 2018, nothing shipped untill the 5th of January, 2018. On my bill of sale it states 1-4 days air shipipng and as of jan 16 I still have no package. Once it crossed the border into Canada on the 8th of January, USPS has no information on the package except that they are expecting it. I contacted SA FISHING (Spoke to Colton online), they told me to give it a few more days as it arrived in Canada in the middle of the week it may take a few more days to get here. I questioned the lack of info USPS has for the package and he said there could be a delay on the back end as it was ordered on the 2nd right after hollidays. I also asked about the 1-4 day air shipping that I paid $19.00 for and why it was shipped by truck, he gave me a completely different timeline for shipping but refused to comment/danced around the $19 I paid for shipping.

Now to contact my credit card company to see if they can help me get a refund!

SA Fishing, also SA Team and SA Company, is a complete scam! They charged credit card twice, admitted numerous times over the phone that they charged it twice, BUT REFUSE TO REFUND fraudulent transaction!

561-948-6557 is their phone number. Be prepared to stay on hold for 20 minutes.

Complete fraud! Spoke to 4 different people over the last 6 weeks. Every single one of them confirmed that they charged me twice in an error. Every single one of them said that I will be refunded. Every single one of them said that refund was processed! After 2 months of waiting I realize that the money is lost to this deceitful company!
