I took my vehicle here on 12/2/2016 for an alignment and it was never performed. Perhaps they thought they could get over on me because I'm a woman or thought I wouldn't notice that the problem had not been fixed when I started driving my vehicle. I was still charged for the service, however, I disputed the charge with my credit card company who pulled the money from their account and gave it back to me. I left this same review on Google to warn unsuspecting people of the type of dishonesty and shady business practices going on here. Just go to Google and type in 'S&S Tire Nicholasville'. I noticed several other people left negative reviews there as well and I believe each one of them. I also noticed that the owner responded to nearly every review there except mine so that should tell you something! They didn't even attempt to dispute or argue with the fact that the alignment wasn't performed.
They knew exactly what they were doing. I took my vehicle to another auto shop where the auto technician showed me how terribly off balance the alignment was. I took pictures and recorded video of the screen and the techs there were happy to write up a statement outlining this. Stay away from this business. Go to Tire Discounters or another reputable auto shop that at least has cameras in the lobby that will show customers that techs are actually doing work on their vehicles and not out driving your vehicle up and down the street like they did with mine.
