Please, Please , Please listen to my story before using this man for your Scooter/Motorcycle/ATV services. Believe me, I use the word "man" very lightly here.
I recently contacted Steve about some repairs that I needed done to my Honda 4 Wheeler. This was in July. I told him what the problem was and he told me he knew what needed repired and that it would take 7--10 days to fix it. On the way to get it repaired I stoped at Wal-Mart and bought a new battery for it ($69.00...the old battery was no good) so that he could start it after he made the repairs and make sure it all worked right.
Well, Day 10 went by.....Day 20 went buy.....Day 30 went by..... To make a long story short....... On day 82 I showed up at his house/garge un-announced to pick up my 4 wheeler. As expected, It was not ready and it was in several pieces.
After an hour of looking around trying to find all of my parts and listening to every kind of excuse he had we left there with the 4 wheeler frame, 4 wheels & tires, and a Motor & Transmission that can not be put back together because it is missing several pieces. I'm not even convinced it's the motor that came out of my 4 wheeler. He could not find the New Battery, the Key, Seat, Air Filter, Air Filter box, Gas Tank, Carburetor, Battery Cables, Fan, and Rear Driveline. He assured us he would find them and have them to us the next week......That was late September. It's now the middle of November and still no parts. Steve did call me 2 weeks ago to tell me that he had purchased a new battery and found most of the parts and that he would bring them to me the very next day.....again, That was 2 weeks ago and we have not seen him nor any of the parts and battery.
He has made no effort to try and make it right with me. Because he can not find the parts that he lost or stole from me I am having to buy new parts and labor which is going to cost in the neighborhood of $1,250.00
