I received an email offer for a computer router that would help me access wi-fi for my devices. I can't afford internet connection in my apartment complex and thought this would help. I paid $85 and was told I'd have the router by the end of April. I haven't gotten anything but empty promises and explanations of too many orders.
Finally, today I get an email that their shipper, Yun Express, has an exception to my delivery and I must contact them. Yun Express's wwebsite is difficult to navigate and prevented me from contacting them because of a nonworking check box. There is no other way to contact Yun, I can't get an answer from Ryoko and I just want my money back and
From April 17, 2021 it took 23 emails before I received the RMA. I returned the modem on June 28, using their provided label and shipped at my expense per their instructions.
The PKG was received and signed for on July 24, 2021. Since July 24 there have been 15 emails requesting my refund and they just keep putting me off.
